Sir Grout did an excellent job and met all expectations from first inspection through final service. Their team was professional, polite, communicative, and skilled. I highly recommend them and their services.

The tile work did not approve the appearance of the tile and we ended up getting a small discount. The grout in the shower looks ok but not great. We had to have them come out two times to complete the job and 3 weeks passed between the two visits. Scheduling was pretty difficult.

Had to call twice to get a response. Sir grout is located on north clyborn. Bridgeport is out of service area. Must just do work for north siders. Ill take my money elsewhere.

The work was well done and the workers were professional.

The problem was not with the servicemen, it was with the woman who did the quote. She did not have done what she said was supposed to then came back with an additional quote for $900 if I wanted the grout sealed. Keep in mind that my shower is newer, there was very little mold or dirt present. I felt totally duped, she told me one thing and then tried to charge me again. I have to get another company to seal the grout now after paying Sir Grout. Would definitely not recommend.

It was a free estimate. They provided an estimate over the phone after I described my situation. They were able to say they could not do it because of certain things so it was good to not waste their time or my time trying to drag them out here and then they would say they could not do that. So that was good.

The end product came out looking great. They had to replace a couple of cracked tiles, and they repaired and put a lighter color grout on the grout lines. Floors looked SO much better than they did before. The only negative is that they didn't do a good job of cleaning off the surface of the tiles and grout before or after the work was performed.

They were on time, courteous and the work was done in a professional manner as promised.

He did the hallway, galley kitchen, and checked the bathroom. He did a wonderful job. He was courteous, respectful of my home, efficient and friendly. He even left a little bit of the coloring so I could do any other touch-ups I needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Amazing customer service. Mario who performed the work was amazing. The work was done timely, professionally and he was very respectful and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.

Sir Grout did another great job for us. It's the 3rd time we've hired them. Eddie, who did the work, demonstrated excellent attention-to-detail and skill in making everything look top-notch! He has a strong work ethic and ensured everything was just right for us. Definitely ask for him if he's available. Dan, the owner, was very fair on pricing and was able to schedule at our convenience which was really helpful. Highly recommend Sir Grout for grout and caulk work in any home!

Our technician, Robert, did a great job on our tile. In the three hours he was here he transformed our bathroom. The tile is buffed, joints are clean and protected, and we hope with better care on our part this lasts a long time. Our beef with Sir Grout stems from the fact that they would not come back to finish the job. I missed the fact that Robert did not replace the seal between tub and floor and called to have him (or someone) return to finish the job. Our estimator, Ann, was upset that we had presented a coupon from Angie’s list on the day the work was to be done. She wanted to see that when she came to do the estimate. She also said it was difficult to re-seal that joint because the tub had been re-glazed and it is difficult to remove the existing seal without damaging the tub glaze. She said nothing about this when she came to give us a quote. In fact, the quote she emailed us states: “Re-caulk all shower joints, vertical and horizontal including tub/floor joint.” She offered to have a technician finish the job for an additional fee but I declined. The job was expensive ($599 before the coupon - which is available on their page at the Angies List site) and I wish it was finished. I will re-caulk the tub/floor joint myself. And if I need more tile work done in the future I certainly won’t call Sir Grout.

It went extremely well. The service person was punctual and took his shoes off at the door. He stated the job would take approximately two hours; it took just over an hour. The outcome was great: the caulking applied was smooth and straight. He instructed us not to use the bathtub and sink for at least 24 hours. We were very pleased with the total job.

If I had known how great of a job Sir Grout would do, I wouldn't have hired them long ago! They showed up on time and spent four hours to make it sparkle.

My earlier review covers the work when it was done. This is just a warning that if you have a problem these guys will not stand behind their work. The sink they refinished has pealed badly. I have called and emailed numerous times since last November. Emails right on Angies list tell me a "manager" will contact me. Nothing, when I call I'm told I will get a call back, nothing!

Dan sent me an email in July asking if I was satisfied with the job. Overall, I was satisfied since the grout looked as good as new except for the small area I mentioned above. A few days after I sent my reply, I received a call from Sir Grout asking to schedule a touch-up visit. This worker also showed up on time and was able to complete the touch-up in about 10 minutes. This was covered under warranty/no charge. I'm very impressed with the level of service provided by Sir Grout and wish I had engaged them originally. I highly recommend them.

Sir Grout was easy to schedule, on-time, clean and did a nice job getting the mold out of my silicone, fixing some holes in the silicone and putting on a new shower door sweep
