Description of Work: Took a while to get in touch with the scheduling for the repair. Finally happened and initial estimator was friendly and personable. Initial repair on the grout had to be called back to fill in missing spots. They returned and fixed any issues we had.

Description of Work: Sean did an excellent job in refinishing our old tub. It looks like new!

Description of Work: Sir Grout sealed and polished marble floors in our powder room. Great communication throughout the process. We've done a lot of work on our house recently, and I now know from personal experience that professionalism is not a given. This transaction was a breeze and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Was communicated that the PARTICULAR SERVICE they perform....they do the ENTIRE area ...not just affected areas.. plus the $$$ was more than I wanted to spend... at that time did not want to pursue spending all that on a few areas... BUT ...I would of considered it at a later date...but I wanted to STOP it from spreading... was not offered anything diffrent

Description of Work: First tech was very polite but did not perform the contracted duties listed for the first bathroom. Additionally, did not match the grout and did not ask me about the color before applying--afterward said he used a contrasting color which did not blend into rather stood out in a very obvious and poor way. Second tech was also very polite, checked all colors and work with me before he started. Did an amazing job, cleaned up perfectly. I requested Sir Grout to send him as the tech to finish the incomplete job on the first bathroom and re-do the poor color rather than the first tech. The overall experience depends on the technician.

Description of Work: Our experience with Sir Grout was just OK. They came out and did an estimate, and we scheduled a date for the work, etc. Their punctuality leaves much to be desired. They were an hour and half late to the initial appointment, then took a two hour lunch, leaving only 4 hours to do what they quoted to be a full day job. No surprise that they cut corners and did a sloppy job in a few areas. When they came back out to touch up a week later they were two hours late, and then informed us that the floor would not seal/finish correctly due to an issue with the boards underneath. Why wasn't this brought up when they quoted the job? not sure, but I basically wasted $1200 since I have to re-tile. I think they are fine for basic jobs with very flexible schedules, but if you want quality and attention to detail you may want to keep looking.

Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment and they were initially almost an hour late. We did not live at the unit so my husband was waiting for awhile. Ann said that was the time she so internally some glitch. I even had an email confirmation. The appointment went well and she was able to squeeze us in a busy week which we appreciated. We had a 1:30pm appointment and the repairman did not show up until 3:00pm. They said to clean the ceiling would be another $300. We were quoted to clean the ceiling so this was conflicting. I had to leave and they finished up. After taking a look, the shower looked much better but the ceiling still looked pretty bad based on what we had initially been told. I called Ann and she said she would send someone right out to fix. The second part was much easier and the shower looked much better. I think the first time, the repairman was late and did not have time to do the full job we were quoted. Overall, we were happy as Ann did quickly fix the problem.

Description of Work: Cleaned, sealed, replaced grout and re-caulked master shower; sealed and re-caulked vanities and tub; caulked around window in shower; replaced grout in shower and re-caulked kitchen sink. Everyone I dealt with was very punctual and professional. There was a missing service on the emailed estimate. Make sure to check the written estimate versus the emailed version. The tech will follow the emailed estimate.

Description of Work: Happy with the results. Grout looks much cleaner and mold and mildew stains ate gone. Looks great!

This company charged me a ridiculous fee, didn't complete the work, then rescheduled me with another technician (i.e. their best) to come back to my house to complete the original job and this technician was a no show. They have poor customer service, no follow through and delivers poor quality work !
