Description of Work: I called Sir Grout because water was leaking when we showered. They were courteous and were able to come to assess the situation pretty quickly. The worker was also professional and efficient. When we found that not all of the leakage had stopped, the owner came out to inspect and touch up the work within days, which we greatly appreciated. So far, no leaks.

Description of Work: The technician was flexible, helpful, and worked steadily and carefully. I appreciated being able to change the order on the spot, without any extra paperwork or waiting time.

Description of Work: The floor looks good but they got gray grout all over walls, a windowsill(how?) and even in my 121 year old oak front door.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List deal for a cleaning and sealing of my granite counter tops. When the serviceman was finished, I still had these weird spots left on the countertop. The serviceman said that the spots were from a previous sealant that sits on the top of the countertop instead of sinking into the countertop. He said that they would need to be honed to be removed and that would cost up to $800. Prior to purchasing this coupon, I received estimates from 2 other stone cleaners/sealers. Both of their estimates included scraping off the precious sealant, so I assumed this service would as well. They did an ok job, they just didn't do a thorough job. In my opinion, I would have been better off paying $50 extra to get my countertops thoroughly cleaned with another company. I would not use this company for my granite again.

Description of Work: They were great, quality after, the water ran a bit, there was chipping and rust staining, that i could not clean off around the drain area. The whole bath tub felt a bit gritty.

Description of Work: They were asked to do the deluxe cleaning and stain protection on kitchen and bath. Kitchen grout was tough. Essentially the sales person oversold the work. The bath turned out fine. All they could do on the kitchen was clean it, which didn't really amount to much of a difference, certainly not what you see in the brochure. They reduced the price from the original quote, so they are easy to work with, and the caulking and cleaning in the bath was fine. I was disappointed though thinking I was going to get a revitalized kitchen floor.

Description of Work: I did not use them as they were extremely expensive and surely their work is not covered by any warranty of insurance so to fix a few things I was quoted nearly $700+ ...not able to just sheel that amount out ....

Description of Work: They cleaned all the grout and tile in my house. The tile looked great! The grout came out better, but I can get it cleaner myself. They did an excellent job removing old caulk, recaulking and they regrouped one floor which came out fantastic!

Description of Work: We hired Sir Grout to clean and seal grout in master bath shower and several marble/ceramic tile floors. They did an excellent job of matching the grout color and the finished product looks great -- it is like getting a new floor.
