 + -1 moreI found myself in a situation where Dominick capitalized on my tenant authorizing the work to be done while I'm out of the country. The breakdown of charges for replacing just two valves under the sink seemed excessively high: $69 for a visual inspection $65 for shutting off the upstream water (simply turning off a valve) $95 for gaining access $170 for the actual task of rebuilding the valves $65 for flushing and removing debris Despite the $40 discount offered to first-time customers, the overall cost still feels unjustifiably steep.

Description of Work: Dominick has helped me several times when my sink has backed up into my neighbor's sink (attached town home). He has also consulted on various plumbing issues over the phone for various issues- leaky refrigerator and an leaky bathtub. He saved me lots of money when he could have come out and charged me. Sometimes he has been busy and has recommended someone else that could come sooner. Dominick is smart and communicative which makes him an excellent plumber. He also genuinely wants to help people solve problems and clearly puts the customer first.

 + -1 moreI messed up a typical DIY. I started by asking my question and the guy on the other end of the line did not hang up on me. In fact, he did give me some ideas to evaluate. He said that this screw-up is not uncommon and even made me feel better about myself after having screwed it up. His explanations of the company's services and the procedures they would take if they took on the project were very detailed and clear. Overall I got a great impression from my quick call with this company and they would be in the top set of plumbers I will call when I next need some work done that I can't handle.
