We have been using Sincerely the Maids for close to 20 years. Their prices are very reasonable and their cleaners are friendly and do a great job. Agnes is very flexible and its easy to adjust cleaning times as schedules require. When we find cleaners we particularly like Agnes makes sure they are assigned to us. We have been very happy with them.

I have been using this company for over 12 years! They are reliable & dependable while still remaining flexible when I need to adjust my schedule. Agnes is great about confirming each time & open to feedback. The cleaners have been quick, efficient and usually quite lovely. Anytime I ended up with one that I wasn't as happy with Agnes has ensured I didn't have them again.

We just moved to the area and were looking to start an ongoing relationship with a cleaning service. The quote was reasonable and we had a date and time set up quickly (the next day), and Agnes was very responsive which was nice. Unfortunately, the person assigned to our home was an hour late - this was a problem as she was due to arrive between 2-230. I understand, sometimes things don't go to plan, so I continue working at home as she cleans our apartment. By 6pm she still had a floor left and we had evening plans, as I was not expecting her to arrive an hour late. I called and emailed Agnes to see if we could have her finish the other floor the following day, but received no response. She finished at 730 and we had to miss our work event. While our cleaning person was very nice, I did not appreciate the lack of communication from Agnes. There was no followup or attempt to address it after the fact, either, so we will not be continuing with this company.

It has been about 10 years now that I have enjoyed the services of Sincerely the Maids. I originally had them do a deep clean to see if I wanted to hire them for on-going cleaning and they knocked that out of the park! I had no hesitation about looking to them for cleaning since. Agnes has always been gracious about accommodating my requests to adjust the time and/or day as needed. Over the years they have often gone above and beyond for me. I count myself lucky to have found them and look forward to continuing to rely on them to help care for my home!

excellent I'm using Agnes's cleaning ladies for over two years and was never disappointed.

We have used Sincerely The Maids for the past year or so. None of the women who have come over have ever done an excellent job. Even when providing feedback how to clean something, it is not followed or corrected well. I have included a few pictures of what some areas of our house looked like after the cleaning lady left and after asking to do some things over again. Sometimes there are language barriers.

Agnes responded the same day, and I had an estimate within 24 hours. John and Grace arrived punctual, exactly at the time agreed-upon. When he was thorough and top-notch with just a little oversight – I stayed in the unit most of the time. Will use again and highly recommend! Superior to any other service I have used in the past. Grace spoke excellent English which helps things go very smoothly. Worth every penny! A++. Cost of the service noted here reflects a $20 discount from Angie’s list first time customer.

Agnes sent her driver with cleaning lady. Everything was left super clean which makes me very happy.

Agnes and her company responded to my request within 24 hours. The lady came and did an amazing job and more, She even cleaned and scrubbed by freezer and refrigerator. One of my pet peeves is when my bathroom gets gross. I always ask Agnes to have them scrub my bathroom. They really do an amazing job on it. I would recommend Agnes and her company to anyone and every one.

Always goes very well. Dishes, floors, bathrooms, countertops, the refrigerator, and even the windows are all cleaned very well. I have been a loyal customer for years and highly recommend!

I had to clean after my tenants moved out and I'm glad that I emailed Agnes. She did schedule everything via email and when I come to pay after cleaning I was amazed and impressed with quality of the cleaning. Thank you so much Agnes for scheduling my request !

It was difficult to get in touch with Agnes and they weren't able to give me any estimates about when they would be arriving or finishing. For the initial cleaning on Monday, she couldn't tell me when they would come until Sunday. For the details for the regular cleanings, I had to ask three times before she gave me an answer and then she said she would be letting me know when they would be coming two days in advance. They came to give see the house for the estimate. I gave them a handful of requests about the cleaning. When they followed up, the email they sent contradicted what they said to me during the visit. The highest I've paid in the past for regular cleaning in the past was $120 and they quoted $145. Given the difficulty getting in touch with Agnes, that I wouldn't know the cleaning schedule ahead of time and that they would be sending a different cleaning person each time, who might not speak english, I don't feel comfortable with their services.

Agnes and co. did a great job. Agnes is very responsive via email, and her cleaning lady showed up on time. Agnes is very open to feedback, so I could email her and ask for certain things to be done (or not done) then next time. We always had the same cleaning person. She didn't speak English, so all my communication was through Agnes. Agnes would reach out via email to schedule the next cleaning, which was helpful. We used a lockbox to let in the cleaning lady which made everything simple.

They were able to get us scheduled on short notice for a move in/move out cleaning on a rental apartment. The rates were very reasonable and everyone we talked to was helpful and friendly.
