I've had Sincerely the Maids coming to my home once a month for over a year. They are always on time, always professional, so kind to my children when we are home, and work right around our busy playtime/nap schedules. They do such a wonderful deep clean of my home that I look forward to the email reminder to schedule my clean every month! Agnes is very accessible through email to give instructions, and I've always been satisfied. I've referred a bunch of friends to their service and they are all pleased as well!

In establishing service Agnes was so easy to communicate with over email - she always promptly responded to my questions and was great to negotiate with. Additionally instead of just blindly giving me a quote she actually came out to my house to give me the most accurate quote - and she even did it after hours to accommodate my work schedule. The cleaning was fantastic! My house smelled so good! Everything was absolutely spotless from the baseboards, to the window blinds to shower the inside of my refrigerator! She even made my bed! My vacuum doesn't work that well, so I told Agnes, and the cleaning lady even brought her own vacuum (for no extra cost)! I couldn't happier with the service and look forward to my monthly cleaning! I will also definitely refer Sincerely the Maids to all my friends.

I have complete faith and trust in them, during the years I believe that their business has grown quite a bit, they were personally doing the cleaning most of the time in the beginning but it seems that they have reached the point where they are generally managing full time. They have been flexible when needed. Over the years Konrad has even completed some minor fix-up jobs around my place for me. When I was unexpectedly hospitalized, although I hadn't been able to leave a check or notify them, they still went ahead with the cleaning. When they found out about it, Agnes told me to let them know if I needed anything since they were always in the area. In general, just good, honest people who have always done their best for me. The reason for the B in quality would stem from the fact that they have been successful enough to no longer be hands on. Although generally, the people working for them are quite good, they aren't always quite as good as Agnes and Konrad themselves and there is sometimes a communication challenge. That said, I am still VERY pleased and grateful to have them "caring" for me, as I feel that they do! No matter who has completed the cleaning for them, they have always been very hard working and efficient. Always working diligently and quickly. Very respectful both to me personally as well as to my property. I am very glad to have found them and grateful for all that they have done for me these many years!

I have a discount with them. I really trust the owners but the people who come out, sometimes it's a different new person, that sort of thing. It's not always the best.

My wife was looking for her old house to clean after moving out and I hire Agnes's service. Just smooth and awesome experience !

The provider arrived on time for both appointments and did a good job in both the deep cleaning and the standard cleaning. The only thing I had to do on both occasions is point out the areas that I thought needed more work and they responded accordingly. Agnes (the one that schedules everything) is extremely responsive and flexible with times. I would definitely use them again.

We have used Sincerely the Maids 4 times so far. The first time we had them do a deep cleaning in preparation for a party we were having. The price was very reasonable for the service they provided and the time they spent cleaning our home. They also came and did a free cleaning the day after our party. After that, we have had them come out to do monthly cleanings. The cleaning woman is always on time and very professional.

Agnes and her husband Konrad came to my condo to assess and provide a quote. They got back to me promptly, and I was able to schedule a deep-clean for the same week. My husband and I often travel and are not home, so to say our condo needed a cleaning would be an understatement. We were very happy with the cleaning provided. Agnes provided a list of supplies to purchase and indicated that this was to honor our preferences for cleaning materials as well as to avoid cross-contamination between houses with rags/supplies. She offered recommendations on brands and also some generic brands for cost savings. The day of the cleaning, our cleaner was promptly on-time. Every surface was wiped down, including the inside of the fridge, microwave (poor woman, it was bad!) and stove. The floors were vacuumed and mopped to perfection. Our cleaner was very sweet and was very respectful of the fact that I was also working from home that day. I was pleased with the cleaning and with the value the company provided. I did have a few concerns, which I addressed with Agnes, and she immediately rectified the situation, which I sincerely appreciated. We now have scheduled cleanings with STM every 3 weeks maintenance because we liked the initial service so much.

When I first met Agnes, she came over in the evening and reviewed the home and our cleaning needs. She was punctual and flexible. We agreed on a time to start. I provided the cleaning supplies. At first we had a different ladies coming to the home to clean but soon settled on Anna, who did a very good job for us. Cleaning of baseboards, doors, floors, changing bed linens, dusting blinds, conditioning furniture, touch up window cleaning. She was amazing. Always on time and friendly. We never had a problem with the company. Anytime we needed something cleaned more thoroughly or special cleaning done, Agnes was approachable and responsive and ALWAYS got the word to our cleaning lady. I would highly recommend this company and virtually all the cleaning ladies. Especially Anna. I am entering this now as a thank you because we are moving to New York. I hope have similar service in NY but not holding my breath

Scheduling was easy, they came out with a couple of days notice at a time that was convenient for me. They were punctual and courteous and did a great job.

After an initial disappointing first clean, Agnes acted prompted to remedy the poor results by offering a re-do. We are happy with the re-do and the new cleaner. I am impressed by the company's efforts to quickly and effectively address problems and issues with their service. I would request the new cleaner again and recommend the company to others.

We have a 1600 sq ft condo and have it pretty well crowded with art and decorations. Agnes came by and discussed what we wanted and then scheduled the cleaning. She was able to get us scheduled on short notice, which we needed as we had out of town guests coming. We had a cleaning service in Atlanta, but had not had one since moving to Chicago, and the place really needed a cleaning because we have not really been keeping up. The maid was on time, and worked very hard, nonstop, for 4 to 5 hours. She scrubbed the floors on her knees, which surprised us, but left the place realy clean. She did everything promised, except she ran out of time to do all the kitchen cabinets - we had asked that she wrap up as we had plans for the evening. We had to wipe out the oven again as she left some oven cleaner, but that was a small thing, and this was the first time the oven had been cleaned since we bought it 3 years ago. We would recommend them to anyone looking for good cleaning at a very reasonable price.

It was not very good. It wasn't really their fault but I called the day before that we weren't going to be there so I called back and said that somebody would let them in. About 9 a.m. they showed up while we were having our floors redone and the flooring people had to finish because we were leaving that day. They showed up early which obviously conflicted with the flooring people, but that wasn't the big issue. The big issue was that after she left, I did a really quick check first and just gave her the money plus the $20 tip and then went back and reviewed and there was a bunch of stuff that wasn't clean. She did the floors and the bathroom and all that, but she missed several drawers. Part of the service included the oven and the actual cooking part of the oven, the bottom part was not clean. There was just a bunch of stuff that we ended up having to do ourselves. I would not recommend them. The price was fine if they had done the job.

This made a significant difference for us in terms of ability to manage our household demands. Key factors for us: --Reliability. We had the same lady every week so she got to know our house and our "style". She was always on time and never missed a week. --Pricing. This was by far the most reasonable service we found in terms of pricing. They were willing to work with us on price to make it affordable. --Flexibility and responsiveness. There were a number of times where we needed to add a cleaning or were going to miss and they were able to respond at last minute notice. Very impressive. --Consistently high quality. Our home was cleaned to a high standard every week. I never had an experience where the cleaning lady did not do a high quality job or I had to complain. We were always pleased.
