Agnes and Konrad are excellent. They immediately returned my phone call to schedule the move-in cleaning. They were kind enough to come late in the day on a Saturday so that our condo was clean as could be when we moved in the next day. Agnes followed up with a phone call a few days later to see how the move went and to let me know that they have some discounted rates if we schedule regular cleanings. We were so happy with our service that we have hired them to clean our condo every other week. We are extremely happy with our choice to hire Agnes and Konrad. They are hard workers and very nice people to get to know.

The job was expeditiously and professionally performed within the projected time that had been initially quoted and the price was reduced to reflect actual work needed and performed. I found this company to be diligent and honest in their approach; the work was well done and I will definitely use this company in the future.

I've worked with them twice for thorough house cleanings -- including: bathrooms, kitchen, floors, dusting, etc and have referred them to friends. I've been very satisfied as have those I've referred. They are very professional, flexible and friendly. I will use them again.

Agnes and Konrad did an amazing job on our apartment "deep cleaning". They came over about a week before our cleaning date and gave us an estimate of $165, with the coupon it was $145...a great price for what we needed to have done. They did a wonderful job with the hardwood floors, the tub was sparkling, the cupboards and fridge were scrubbed, everything! All the wood trim and doors were also cleaned. They did an amazing job. Even three days later, it still smells like wood soap in here...it's great! They showed up on time, we ran errands for about 4.5 hours and when they left we had a spectacularly clean home! Our place really needed a good scrub, but we know that if they come back again it won't take nearly as long.

Exceptional work by the best cleaning company I ever used. They were very prompt in calling back, and came and cleaned the very next day. Both Konrad and Agnes are very very sweet and pleasant and will do anything to make you happy. Not only did they do a terrific job cleaning, but they were also very nice in helping us fix a few things in our unit. The minute I stepped out of the elevator I could smell the wonderful scent of clean. I recommend them fully and will for sure use them again. The best part - we rented the unit the next morning!!! Very professional and great cleaning service!! I was looking for a new cleaning service since moving into a new home. Sincerely the Maids has cleaned my townhouse multiple times now. They do a thorough and good job each time. I trust them when I leave for work as well. They arrive on time, are very polite and do a great job. The owner, Agnes, is a pleasure to work with and always gets back to me promptly. I will continue to use them to clean my home regularly and highly recommend them!!!

I found Agnes cleaning service on the Angies List. I have contacted her via e-mails only two days ahead of my move out date. She responded same day later in the evening and we met next day for an estimate. She and her crew came very next day at the time that we agreed and did fantasitc job!!!!!. They cleaned my duplex like no other service before: all kitchen cabinets inside with appliances, all windows in and out, dusting, sanitaizing, etc. They even removed rust stains from my toilet which I save a lot of money because I have booked plumber for toilet replacement ( about $550.00). My place looked after service like dream, just perfect. I felt so sorry that I was moving out and the most important thing that my landlord gave me my $1,900.00 deposit back, without a single doubt! Me and my partner Sean were so happy so we are using them every week in our new place in South Loop. I have already recomended Sincerely the Maids to my friends. Thank you again for great business. They were very nice and professional on the phone but showed up several hours late, which was very inconvenient since we had moved out and had to wait around with our three boys, ages 5,3,and 1. Place had to be cleaned and inspected by realtor later that day, so we couldn't just leave. They called to say they were late, but instead of showing up at 1 or 2 they came at 5 and did a rush job. Place was cleaned but when I came to have a look, noticed dust all on the baseboards and some bits of dirt on floor here and there. Rust from hard water still on bathroom tile, which can easily be scrubbed out, but if someone is doing a quickie job and isn't actually scrubbing, only wiping, then it stays. Would never hire them again to clean my house, although they seemed friendly and honest, they weren't reliable and didn't clean too well and didn't offer any sort of discount or compensation for making us wait for them. We moved over an hour away, so it was not as if we could go to our new place and just pop back over. Since this was around rush hour when they finally finished, we got stuck in traffic and it was very inconvenient. Late and not good cleaners!

They are fair and I'll probably use them. They are very friendly and seem like they will be good.

We had almost every window in the house replaced and when it was done, every surface of our home was covered with a thin layer of sawdust. I called Sincerely the Maids to come out to estimate post construction cleaning. They responded to my call quickly came out the following day to look over the house gave me a price, which I accepted, and did the job the following day after the inspection. Three of them worked for a little over four hours and when they declared the job done, the house just gleamed. The furniture and floors shone, every surface was dust free and even the 60 year old bathroom fixtures gleamed as they never had since we moved in a year ago. We were so impressed we hired them to come every other week. You couldn't ask for a harder working team than Agnes, Konrad and their crew. Their goal is to please the client, and they do.

Agnes and Konrad came to our house to estimate the move-in cleaning cost. They were on-time and thorough in their estimate. They gave us the estimate quickly and when we hired them, they were able to accommodate our tight time frame. Our house (4 story townhouse) was filthy, both due to the previous owners and the construction work we had done. They cleaned everything very well, and even offered to come back to do a free dusting after we had moved in and unpacked. I would definitely recommend Agnes and Konrad for move-in cleaning. They work very hard and seem very trustworthy and careful. We are considering hiring them to do regular cleaning.

I called them the day before the cleaning after realizing that I was not going to be able to get my townhouse clean enough for the new owners. They were able to fit me in on short notice. They arrived a bit late - although they called to let me know that they were running late - and then surveyed the house and everything that needed to be cleaned. They did an excellent job cleaning the house. They house and its appliances looked better than they had in years. I'm looking forward to having them come clean our new house as soon as I finish unpacking.

I contacted Agnes and Konrad because of recommendations here on Angie's list, and I'm very glad I did. They are great people, do a great job, and charge reasonable rates. They'll definitely be coming back. I particularly like that they take the initiative to clean things that you didn't ask (or even know you needed) to be cleaned. Agnes and Konrad arrived on time, spent more time cleaning than they estimated but for the same price, and left the place spotless. They're very good at communicating when they're coming, what supplies they'll need, and what to expect. They also left me with good tips for keeping the place easier to clean and nicer in between their cleanings.

They were late in arriving, however, kept in touch with me by cell phone so I was not left wondering. They moved all my furniture, including the refridgerator for a through dusting, vaccumed my rugs as well as my furniture, and throughly cleaned my floors. My cats have a chair they love & amazingly they cleand the chair so well it looks like new. My windows sparkled & they took great care to dust & clean my blinds. My bathroom is in much better condition when they finished and Agnes' husband will regrout around the tub next time they are here. He is also in construction so I feel like I not only have a cleaning company but a handyman as well. I am sure I can put his skills to good use with some minor construction projects. I arrived home as they were finishing & they were so proud of their work they could not wait to show me what they accomplished! I offered them additional money as I really, really felt they deserved it but they would not take it as we agreed on a price. Seriously, I have already given their name & number to a close relative. I am so satisfied I will be using this business on a monthlly basis. No hidden fees or extra charges & I'm thinking thay can clean most anywhere. I understand why they were later than originally scheduled based on the amount of time they spent in my place. They are not ime wasters, corner cutters, or clock watchers.

Agnes and Konrad (husband and wife) spent several hours cleaning our house from top to bottom. I asked them to pay special attention to louvered doors that we have on the closets and they did an extraordinary job!

Agnes and Konrad did a very good job. They arrived a little late, but had been delayed and called a couple of times to let me know when they would arrive. They were willing to do whatever cleaning I requested. They cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen, dusted, vacuumed and washed floors throughout my home. The price above includes the discount I received as a first time customer. On an ongoing basis (and I have already scheduled them to return) the charge will be 85.00. They are a pleasant couple.

They ran a bit late, but not a problem at all as they called to let me know - very professional. They cleaned very quietly and efficiently as I was working at home that day. They asked for specific cleaning equipment and supplies but were able to use what I had. They also had suggestions as to products I could use to get better results on tough-to-clean areas. They were fairly thorough in cleaning. Very nice people and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.

They were excellent. They made our condo look brand new. Their number one goal is to make their customer happy and they definitely accomplished that with us. I would use them again and definitely recommend them to others.

It was a positive experience. The husband and wife came over and it was pretty thorough. Their general professionalism and demeanor was good. Their price was reasonable and was a good value. Their responsiveness was fine. They were there when they were supposed to be.

I found Sincerenly, the maids on Angie's List and contacted them by email. They were extremely responsive and gave me a quote for move-out cleaning and carpet cleaning that was very reasonable ($130). They were on time, and did a very good job, especially with the carpet. Having had heavy furniture sitting in the same spot in the apartment for 5 years meant dust had built up underneath. I was afraid the off-white carpet wouldn't come clean. But it looked like new! The rest of the apartment was spotless once they were done. If you hire them, you will not be disappointed. They are very personable and intelligent, and we had a nice discussion together. When you hire them, they will ask you to provide cleaning supplies. That wasn't a problem for me. Thanks Agnes and Konrad!!

We are very happy with the work Agnes and Konrad have done. They are pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. We have no complaints about any work that they have done and plan to continue using them.

I was looking for a cleaning person that would not break anything! I needed someone reliable and that would be available on a weekly basis to clean my home. Agnes was able to give me a quote and clean my place for the first time within a week. She did such a great job of cleaning floors, changing/cleaning bedding, bathrooms, kitchen, etc that we will be having her service come back on a weekly basis. Her husband Konrad is a contractor who was very helpful and will be helping me recaulk my shower and fix my shower door (previous cleaning lady broke) for free! Their work ethic is so fantastic that I'm going to get a quote from them to remodel one of my bathrooms. It's important to find contractors that care about their work and show up when they say they will! I feel I can trust Agnes and Konrad to take care of my home. Thanks Guys!

Agnes responded very quickly and thoroughly to all of my questions via email which is how I contacted her and preferred to communicate; I appreciated her working me into the schedule the same week I contacted her. She and her husband arrived promptly. Because my house was badly in need of cleaning, I told her that if she felt her estimate needed to be adjusted, that was fine because I would rather her feel fairly treated and me be happy with the work, but she said that she wanted to stick with what she had quoted me and they just wanted to do a good job. I thought this was very fair and appreciated it. She and her husband did a very thorough and careful job and stayed later than anticipated just to get the job done. I am extremely happy with their work and I found them very pleasant and hard-working. I will definitely be continuing to use them and will be recommending them.
