Description of Work: I called Simon Electric after an appliance installer said he couldn't install an electric cooktop because he believed the under-counter outlet to be "wrong". There was also a problem of that outlet being "live" even though the marked circuit was turned off. | I called Simon Electric and made an appointment with them. Pat, the electrician came out to assess the situation. On a subsequent appointment, Pat returned to correct the situation which involved running new electric line from the supply box in the garage through the attic and down to the outlet in the kitchen. He also corrected the problem of other circuits sharing the same ground and neutral wires in the original cooktop outlet. | At my request, Pat also went through all the circuits in our electric panel to ascertain if the circuits were actually for the outlets and switches so marked. | I would recommend Simon Electric and use them in the future if I needed an electrician.

Description of Work: CEILING FAN INSTALLATION. ON SECOND VISIT, THE ENTIRE BASEMENT WAS REWIRED. WE HAD AN OVERLOAD BECAUSE WE HAVE MANY GADGETS, FOUR COMPUTERS, TWO TV'S ETC. ALL RUNNING OFF THE SAME SWITCH.
