Description of Work: They were great - most of the conversations were via email. Everything was quick and efficient - the guys showed up early and were so quiet, I don't remember them being in the office to clean the inside of the window. We will continue to use them for our window cleaning. (We have windows 3 stories high and there was no issue for them to do all the windows with a ladder!)

+ -1 moreReceived a quote in a timely manner and scheduled cleaning quickly. They said I didnt' have to be home since it was just exteriors which was fine with me. I didn't remove the screens so they must have done that from the outside which was helpful. The windows were pretty clean but did notice a few spots/water drips afterwards.
Description of Work: Washed exteriors of 7 windows in a second-floor condo building.

+ -1 moreINSTEAD OF VACUUMING, THEY SWEPT THE CARPET WITH A BROOM BECAUSE THEY CLAIMED THEY COULD NOT ACCESS THE OUTLET. IN ADDITION THEY CHARGED US FOR DAYS THAT NO WORK WAS ACTUALLY DONE. AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS WE CANCELLED OUR CONTRACT WITH THEM. HOWEVER, THEY HAVE TURNED OUR ACCOUNT OVER TO A COLLECTION AGENCY BECAUSE THEY CLAIM THEY PERFORMED THE WORK, WHEN IN FACT IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT THEY DID NOT. ON TWO OCCASIONS WHEN THEY DID CLEAN, AFTER WE COMPLAINED THEY CAME IN THE EVENING AND WERE THERE FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES.
Description of Work: COMPANY WAS HIRED TO CLEAN COMMON AREAS OF CONDO (DUSTING AND VACUUMING) BUILDING TWO TIMES EACH MONTH.
