 + -1 moreI called Chuck and asked for a quote to clean office chairs and an old couch. I counted all the chairs, gave him the amount and he quoted a price over the phone. His final bill was exact to the quote. (It was a per chair/couch price.) He was incredibly responsive and timely with both his quote and the scheduled service. I had to be at the office when his workmen (2) arrived to clean the chairs. I thought it was going to take forever, but they were so efficient and professional, they did all 102 chairs and the couch in about 3 hours. They left NO mess and helped me put chairs back into offices. (NOT part of the quote.) The job they did was amazing - our chairs all look brand new. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Good value for the price they charged.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job. They got some pet stains out which was nice. They understood the process of cleaning carpets which a lot of people do not. They mixed their solution to help with drying which is important. They knew their stuff.
Description of Work: ServiceMaster Of Chicago cleaned our condo's steps for the common area in the front and back. Within our apartment they cleaned our living room, family room and bedroom.
