The job was a tough one, with lots of elderly layers of paint over buried wires, erratic wainscoting, etc. etc. Greg and Dan did an amazing job of making the rooms (7 rooms of varying sizes)look fresh and clean. Their attention to details add up to first class work, and I was beyond delighted! As a bonus, they are just great guys, easy to work with and so pleasant. Timeline and pricing came in as expected. I would use them again, no question.

Third time I've hired Greg Sefner for painting work in my apartment. Excellent work on original, 100+ year old plaster walls and ceilings patching, painting, and addressing wallpaper bubbling off walls.

Greg and Dan did an excellent job painting several interior rooms/hallways in our house. The quality of work was top-notch and included not only painting, but some built-in shelf removal and associated plaster wall repair. The were very punctual and a pleasure to work with. The price for the total project was fair as well. This is the second time we have hired Sefner Painting as they did several rooms in our previous residence about ten years ago.

We have used Sefner Painting multiple times and have always been very satisfied with the care taken with our furniture and fixtures, the quality of the work, the attention to detail and the thoroughness of the clean-up. They just finished a multiple day project for us and we are very happy with the workmanship. Greg and his team are easy to work with and very professional.

We’ve had Greg do three major painting projects for us over the years. There’s no one better. Meticulous, prompt, and goes above and beyond to get the job done right. The latest project included a large bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, a larger size bathroom, hallway plus ceilings and all trim. On this project, Greg noticed that our bathroom vanity hadn’t been installed properly— and he was right— so the next day he bought the necessary tools and fixed it. Greg and his colleague, Dan, are just simply the best.

Greg and Dan did an amazing job. Greg gave us a quote in a very timely fashion for both our painting jobs. He and Dan arrived on time everyday. The attention to detail and their professionalism is above and beyond. We could not be happier with the work that was done in our home. We will recommend them to friends, family and neighbors. Working with Greg was seamless from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, and gave good advice on the project. Greg and his partner Dan painted my entire finished basement. They were incredibly detail-oriented. Not only was the paint flawless, but they also did a lot of work patching holes and smoothing out the walls to ensure the best possible result. They left the place cleaner than they found it. I couldn't have asked for a better service for such a large project. I would 100% hire Sefner Painting again in the future.

Greg, Dan, and Jan were great and I'm very happy with the job they did. Greg and his team understood what I was looking for very quickly, got it done in the timeframe promised, and did all kinds of sanding, patching, and small detail work to make our old house really look its best. And on top of all that, I liked talking to and being around them. I'll be looking them up again if we end up with another big painting project.

Greg and his partner Dan were excellent painters. They showed up on time and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was complete. Throughout the process, Greg was extremely attentive and meticulously detail oriented. He was also able to repair some plaster spots and a broken trim piece as well. Overall, Greg and Dan completed the best painting work I've ever had done at a very competitive price. I would 100% recommend Sefner painting and will absolutely hire them again for future projects!

Greg Sefner was easy to work with from the very beginning. He met with me, asked good questions, made sure he understood what I wanted, and provided me with a fair quote in a timely fashion. He and his team (Dan and - all of a sudden I can't remember the other guy's name! omg) were punctual, pleasant to work with, and did excellent work. They came when they said they'd come, did what they said they'd do (and did it well), and finished when they said they'd be done. They were amenable to a last-minute change, when I just couldn't tolerate the color I'd picked for the bedroom (it looked so different on the walls than on the little swatch!), and I was very, very pleased. HIGHLY recommended!

Incredible!! Greg and Dan arrived at the time they said - covered everything and were extra careful with lighting and fixtures - always had questions on what I wanted to see done- clean up was amazing and so appreciated. Greg and Dan were both polite and courteous; they took true pride in their skill and my bathroom, bedroom and hallway ceilings and walls are the proof beautiful.

Greg and Dan did an amazing job in our condo. Both were highly professional and personable. Greg was incredibly responsive to my texts, calls, and emails. He answered my questions clearly and explained the process. They were also very flexible when we requested changes and time line shifts. Greg is wonderful. So is the rest of the team. They are perfectionists and it shows. I could not be happier with the job they did. They are so pleasant to be around and that is lovely when they are spending a large portion of time in your home. They are also very careful and thoroughly protected the floor and furniture beautifully. I am so happy with the beautiful job that was done. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Greg was recommended to us 4 years ago by friends who completed their entire home gut reno project including extensive painting, so when it was time for us to do the same, we took our friends' recommendation to call him and are so glad that we did! We've been working with Greg and his team for the past 4 years on other painting projects at our prior home, but most recently (and extensively), he and his team painted the entire interior of our new home, which included all walls, ceilings, new crown moulding and new baseboards, as well as brand new interior doors throughout the home that were spray painted. They also painted the interior of our garage. This project was complicated by the fact that many of the walls had wainscoting, so his team had an extra level of detail to account for. Additionally, they worked around the schedules of other contractors who were completing a gut renovation simultaneously in the house and to make it even a little more complicated, we were also living through the whole renovation as it was happening. Greg and his team were the consummate professionals, working with us on scheduling, proving to be flexible and accommodating to our ever changing needs. Their attention to detail is something we are so grateful for. Additionally, they are just the most pleasant people to have working in our home, which is something we don't take for granted. They're so professional, very easy to communicate with and fair with pricing. We have several smaller projects on the horizon and will have Greg back to complete the painting portion of all of them. We've recommended Greg to several friends and neighbors (the neighbors were very keen on knowing all about Greg as they were so impressed with the work as it was happening). Can't recommend him enough!

It's not often that I am impressed with my entire experience with a contractor, but Greg and his crew have proven me wrong. I hired Greg after reviewing several quotes to paint nearly the entire interior of my home shortly after purchase, as he was not only highly recommended by my real estate broker but his quoted rate was the most attractive. Greg answered & returned my calls promptly, explained his process, showed up punctually every day & completed the job in his estimated timeframe & at the price he provided. In this day and age, that is well beyond my expectation and experience with almost all other contractors. Additionally, after I had several days to notice areas for touch-up, one of his crew came by to complete those as well. Overall, I give Greg and his crew a 10 out of 10 and have recommended him to multiple friends, as well as hiring him for a job for my condo association.

Greg was great to work with & I would highly recommend him and his team. He was clear at communicating and executing his timeline on our job. They were very quick & the quality was wonderful. He was also very flexible when we wanted to add on a few additional items to paint, such as a few room ceilings and a bathroom vanity. We also ran into a few issues with our walls, such as some preexisting mold, which Greg handled easily & fixed quickly. We would definitely have Greg & his team back for any future painting needs.

After email discussion with Sefner Painting i am amending my review from F to C. While they did not respond to my request for a quote,Greg Sefner email an explanation do to work load, he just missed it. I understand this time of year can be stressful. I also hold Angieslist partially at fault, they should allow for boundaries to be included if a profile so i would not have wasted my time selecting companies that will not service my area because of distance.
