Description of Work: Build 25x8 foot deck and lattice screened enclosure.

Description of Work: Replaced bathtub with floor level shower, re-tiled floor and walls. Complete bathroom re-model. I"m have 60 years experience in construction and this crew is one the best I've seen. John and Peters' attention to even the smallest detail was OUTSTANDING. I plan to use Samanco on my daughter's kitchen re-modelling. I highly recommend them, you will not be dis-appointed.

Description of Work: Samanco gutted and repaired two bathrooms for me. Samanco did an excellent job. Dave, the foreman, was very easy to work with as far as scheduling. He would come to the jobsite to make sure things were proceeding as they should. | |John and Peter, the two workers were always on time and very attentive to detail. They made sure that they cleaned up after work every day. They brought to my attention things that needed to be addressed that I did not notice. I am very pleased with the results. |I would definitely use Samanco again.

Description of Work: They installed recessed lighting and painting in our bedroom, checked our ceiling for possible mold due to recent water damage, and installed a bedroom door. Dave and his crew did an amazing job. Incredibly professional and accomplished the work within the week they originally quoted. Will use again for any project

Description of Work: The team completed several small but tricky projects in the bathroom. They replaced the vanity and faucet where the previous plumber had glued the pieces down. They removed the old with no damage to the expensive cabinet and tilework! They also completed the finishes to make the room look very clean on the tile edges. Other small jobs included some outdoor lighting and screens. These guys were (Jerry and Tom, I think) were very quick, tidy and professional. A little pricey but absolutely nothing for me to do once they left which I really appreciated.

Description of Work: Replaced dining room picture window and addressed surrounding structural issues in dining room wall as well as critical structural repairs in garage due to unseen termite damage. | |Very thorough, meticulous and professional.

Description of Work: An estimator met me on site and looked at the requested project. We briefly discussed details and I was told that a quote would be coming. I have heard nothing since, even after leaving an e-mail request. I will move on to the next recommended contractor and hope for better results.

Description of Work: Rehabed two bathrooms in an old house (1937). We provided materials, they did all the work. We were so happy with the results, that we are starting on the kitchen, ripping everything out and starting new. Couldn't be happier.

Description of Work: They put in new stairs and remodeled the interior of our porch including painting, floors, insulation and drywall. They also did extensive work in the living room, kitchen and dining room with plastering and painting.

Description of Work: I have not employed Samanco to service my bathroom as they are out of my range of affordability, however they were very professional and punctual.
