The receptionist had to go and check with someone when she found out I was in Olympia Fields. She came back and she they weren't "licensed in Olympia Fields." I think they were lying and didn't want to service me because of my area.

Dan and his team were great to work with. This was my first renovation experience and they made it much easier with their professionalism and responsiveness. Their quote was the cheapest amongst the four contractor bids that I received and their prices were fair for the quality of the work performed. Dan and his team were very responsive, always responding to my emails or calls within a day. They answered all of my questions and explained all the work that was to be performed or needed to be performed. The quality of the work done was great and done in a very timely manner. I was always kept informed of the progress and any issues/problems encountered. I cannot say enough about Dan and his team and will definitely use them for any future renovation projects I have.

Dan was fantastic -- friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, professional. His crew were here on time every day, and the work got done on time and with amazing quality.

It was fantastic, as expected based on previous experience. This was a highly challenging space -- too small for most suite pieces designed today. When it looked like we would not be able to find a toilet that fit into the space, the guys had the brilliant idea of moving the door frame a couple of inches, and the problem was solved. Other than that, everything went smoothly and quickly. The guys showed up like clockwork every morning, and moved quickly but carefully through the project. The demo -- down to the studs and subfloor -- was done in a day or two, and the whole thing was completed in less than two weeks. Dan is terrific at listening and understanding concerns, desires, etc, and Rafael is excellent at executing. The team is fully accessible and messages are answered almost immediately. I used Samanco about 5 years ago with great results and was thrilled to see that their quality remains at least as high. In fact, it was almost all the same people this time around, which I think speaks volumes about how good this company is -- they recognize talent and do great work. Overall, I would not hesitate to call them again, and I not only would recommend them, but have on several occasions.

They did a great job and completed the work in timely manner. Were very accommodating since we had a last minute switch on the tub size. Picked up some items I could not have delivered and were very professional. Bathroom looks great and will keep in mind for other projects I have.

All went incredibly well. Dave was the individual supervising the project. He was easy to reach and was very responsive. We had problems with the permit and he offered to come with me to the permit office, where he ended up spending almost 2 hours talking the powers that be to final get the stamp of approval. He also came to my rescue when our granite guy, not affiliated with Samanco made some horrible errors. Overall, I really couldn't believe how smoothly the project went.

Another excellent job by Samanco. This is the third time that they have done work for me and they did a great job just like the previous two engagements. Everything was done on time and within budget and work quality, as always, was flawless.

They were professional and their cleanup was pretty good. We ran into some small issues with the work but it was nothing major. The manager was friendly and they are very pricey.

Everything went great! Great communication from everyone involved, and I got exactly what I wanted. Work quality is very high, and they were in and out faster than I could've ever done the work myself. They were even great about working around my dogs, too, which I really appreciated. It can be difficult to find a contractor company that does good work on the south side. I have a few more projects in the works, and I'll definitely be calling Dave first.

I'm very pleased with the qualilty of the work and my kitchen/bath receive many compliments. My only issue was that construction took long to complete. Some of the issues were beyond their control. Other delays boiled down to the crew being overscheduled. I'm in need of additional construction services and would love to work with Dan and company again. However, he can't seem to work me into his schedule. I've waited 10 weeks for him to start work and can't wait any longer. I will go with another company.

The bathroom turned out great. When we identified anything we wanted changed they were very responsive and addresses every item. They were great with cleanup! We are very pleased with how everything turned out. We would definitely use them again.

They were wonderful. There were two guys that came out to remodel. It took about ten days to gut out and remodel everything. They cleaned up after themselves very well.

I had a week of vacation scheduled for the week of November 10th and they accommodated my schedule I added a job to the project after the work had started with no pushback. The floor tile installed in the bathroom could not look any better. The dishwasher was installed in the kitchen which previously did not have one. After installation of the dishwasher you would have thought it had always been there. Richard and his partner were hard workers with great attention to the details. They cleaned up the work area each day before leaving. I would not hesitate to hire Samanco again.

Unfortunately, I did not get the promised estimate by dinner time. In fact, I never heard from them again. I would have understood if the job was too small for them or their schedule wouldn't allow them to fit it in. I took the day off of work to be there and meet them with. Had they been professional, they would have send an email saying they had to pass and couldn't do the job. Instead they just ignored me. I feel so disrespected. In my job we bid jobs out on a daily basis. Some vendors can't do the job for whatever reason but they always have the professionalism to let us know. I expected the same from Samanco but did not get that level of professionalism. My guess is that would have been reflected in their work as well. Bullet dodged.

The men that did the work, John and Peter were on time and worked all day. They were very careful with everything in and around the house. They covered the floors where they went in and out with tarps and put plastic up on all the walls around the work area. They took it all away and cleaned up every night. There was never anything I had to do to clean up. They always checked with me to see where I wanted things put such as lights, outlets, shower head etc. I could not be more pleased with our new bathroom. If we have more remodeling in the future I will absolutely use them again.

the project was completed on budget and on-time. We continued to live in our home during the construction and the Samanco team was very neat and cleaned the site at the end of every day. They made adjustments during the project as it progressed based on changes we requested with little or no change to the budget. We trusted our home to Samanco and they delivered 100%

The service went perfectly. Two workers were on site and were supervised by one other technician. They completed the project in about 2 weeks. The staff was prompt and great with the clean up after each day. When issues came up they explained the issues clearly and their resolutions were always reasonable. The end result was perfect. I never had any problem getting in touch with the company or scheduling them out. I plan on using the company again.

Samanco was extremely professional and flexible enough to accommodate our tight time-line. We will be using them again in the future

It went beautifully. We had delays waiting for cabinets to be delivered etc. and they flexed every time. And ALL the work, electrical, tile, cabinet installation was done professionally. We could not ask for better work or nicer people to work with. Two thumbs up! Thanks Angie's List.

My phone call was answered by a real live person. She was able to make an appointment for me for 2 days later. The estimator arrived on time for the appointment. He listened to what we wanted and made notes. He told me he would work out the estimate and e-mail it to me within a couple of days I waited a full week, but didn't hear from him. I called the company to request the estimate, but I never heard from them.

I called them in 8/25, and they responded within 24 hours. Unfortunately, they could not do the repairs in questions since they say they are not licensed in Harwood Heights

The two crew men were prompt, efficient, courteous, and pleasant. The work was completed just a little earlier than originally planned, which was very nice The two men were neat and completely cleaned up after the work was finished.

Dan was 100% honest and up front . Said the job was not an easy one and would not really work in the frame work that my dad was will to do. I wish Samanco was in Rockford where I live because they would be my go to guys !
