Description of Work: I used Samanco construction to do some bathroom remodeling in a Garden Apartment we rent out and they performed a great and very patient job helping to gently guide us while we spent a protracted time deciding exactly how extensive a project we wished to undertake. Dave, who helped us create the project was extremely helpful providing suggestions, cost of project, and ideas where to find supplies. The workman that were used, Jerry and Tom, were extremely professional, cheerful and always went above and beyond the demands of the immediate job to make sure everything was done most responsibly and with the most dependable supplies. They were careful to work and leave everything as neatly as possible and went out of their way not to interfere or obstruct anyones' daily routine. They even took their own time to fix a troublesome door lock that Jerry had noticed wasn't working properly. It was a pleasure to work with them. The cost of the project was extremely fair and I would definitely hire them the next time a remodeling problem presents itself. Thank you for introducing them to us.

Description of Work: The quote I received for the bath and kitchen Remodeling is almost 3 times of the next offer with the same scope of work from a A+ rated BBB firm. Of course this was not simple project in high rise but the price was prohibitive enough in using Semanco in this project. Hope they can help me well in my next one.

Description of Work: Samanco did a significant amount of work for us in 2005 -- a bathroom gut renovation, installed a new limestone floor in our kitchen and installed a slate porch for us. We were very happy with the work Samanco did and wrote a glowing report of them at the time. In particular, Dave Belder, was a gem -- accommodating, returned calls promptly, did great work on schedule and on budget etc. Recently, we noticed that some grout had cracked around the tub and called to ask Dave about it. Though he did the work five full years ago, he returned my message the same day and scheduled someone to come regrout select areas within a few days. On top of that, he didn't charge me a thing! I'm really impressed by Dave's responsiveness and customer service. I would recommend Samanco for any job, not only for the quality of their work, but primarily because they their customer service is so tremendous!

Description of Work: CALLED SAMANCO FOR AN ESTIMATE ON SOME TILE WORK FOR OUR MASTER BATHROOM DURING THE WEEK BETWEEN CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR'S. THEY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT HESITATION TO COME LOOK AT OUR BATHROOM. THE JOB ENDED UP BEING SMALLER THAN ANTICIPATED, SO WE DIDN'T NEED TO HIRE A CONTRACTOR. BUT SAMANCO WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND FRIENDLY AND WE WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN FOR ANY FUTURE REMODELING NEEDS.
