They were awesome. They were great, did the work quickly, efficiently and the price was right.

It was a very good experience from start to finish. Office personnel that I spoke with were very professional and polite. Set up an appt. to have an electrician give me an estimate promptly. The technician, Charles, was prompt, polite and explained every cost involved. Work was done within a weeks time, and completed to my satisfaction. I was unable to get one of the cable outlets to work, called the company, and they were willing to send a tech out that very day. As it was not urgent, I opted for the following work day. Charles came out, determined that it was my tv, not the box, and fixed the problem for me at not cost. Though I offered to pay as it was not related to the work that was done, he politely declined. Great people to do business with!

John returned my call promptly, and set an appointment. He was prompt and very professional. He evaluated the problem and determined that the outlet should be replaced. He gave me an estimate to approve before beginning the work. Cleaned up after himself after the work and put everything back in place. The outlet had originally been installed for a microwave, which we plugged into the new outlet and it seemed to work. Later in the day the microwave kept blowing the circuit. I called John and he sent an electrician out to test both the circuit and the microwave and was able to determine that the microwave was the problem, not the circuit. There was no charge for the second service call. Both John and Charles were prompt and very professional. Their price did seem a little high for replacing an outlet so I only gave them a B on price but in all other regards they deserve an A++.

Receptionist contacted me to inform me of arrival date and time. Electrician arrived on time to perform an estimate. Since the job was small, work was performed on the spot with my approval. Work was completed quickly and accurately. Work place was clean.

The project went very smoothly and was performed in the indicated time frame. The electrician was able to trouble shoot a couple of tricky problems in this 100+ year old house and was able to run new electrical wire and speaker wire with minimal access holes required.

I had a company from Angie's List install a timer to my outdoor lights about a year ago, and the timer they put in was not suitable for outdoor and went bad in the cold weather. I've been looking for someone to connect a new timer for some time now with no success. Safe Electrical came out, gave me a price and did the job in about an hour.

John returned my phone call within a half hour on a Sunday night. Charles came out to do the work the following Wednesday. The promptness in scheduling was excellent. Charles was very courteous and got the job done thoroughly and quickly.

We lost power in our home on a Friday morning. My brother recommended this company because he had used them in the past. We explained the situation, and we had an electrician at our door by 10:00 a.m. The electrician, Charles, was very polite and neat. Charles determined the problem to be the main breaker and had it replaced in less than an hour. I also had him replace a light switch that was working sporadically. We referred this company to our neighbor, and the company sent us a $25 gas card! I highly recommend this company.
