Description of Work: Repaired wide spread water damage to my condo, along with some additional rehab items thrown in for good measure. S.N. Peck was wonderful at every level! Jim was very thorough, informational and on time at EVERY meeting from estimate to the beginning of work; Marcia worked exceptionally with my less than stellar building management, making sure that all necessary documents were provided and the work was scheduled seamlessly; and the work of Marc, Tom and the crew went way beyond my expectations. The few minor issues that did occur were addressed in a very timely and thorough manner. Nothing was left undone. Having owned many properties and worked with numerous contracting/work crews, S.N. Peck is by far the best contracting company I've worked with to date. I would not only recommend S.N. Peck to everybody I know, I would use them again and again and again. I will not have another contractor in the Chicago area now that I've worked with S.N. Peck. | |The price S.N. Peck provided a little higher than other estimates I received, but the results are well worth it! Nobody does it better!!

Each project has been well done.
Description of Work: This is my 3rd experience with SN Peck; the first, 12 years ago, was a 1 year-long complete renovation, including alterations to the layout, kitchen design and installation, re-tiling and retrofitting bathrooms, floor finishing and rewiring of an apartment in a co-op building. In 2010 and last month they came in to do specific tasks, hanging things and repair work. In each of these projects I have been very pleased with the professionalism and care shown by the office staff and workmen I had contact with. In the larger project they worked well with the architect I was using.They were cooperative, prompt, agreeable and reliable. The work was well done and final charges did not exceed the cost estimates.

Excellent as stated above.
Description of Work: Remove medicine cabinet and vanity top . Replaced with new medicine cabinet and vanity including faucet and drain assembly. Also caulked around the perimeter of the new vanity top. Mike Daun did an excellent job I was very pleased with his work.

Description of Work: I NEED A LOT OF WORK DONE BUT I'M VERY VERY TIME POOR. THE FOLKS AT CASE INSIST ON INCLUDING A SALES PRESENTATION WITH ANY BID FOR A JOB AND WON'T MAKE EXCEPTIONS. I TOLD THEM THAT THEIR ANGIE'S LIST RATING WAS ENOUGH, THAT I WORK A 10-14 HOUR DAY AND DON'T HAVE TIME. ALL I WANTED WAS A BID SO THAT WORK COULD COMMENCE.
