The south side location of Rose Pest Control that was handled by the Indiana Team, initially started smooth and approaching 2 years of service for me. During COVID period there was a change in staff and management. From there, Poor follow up - No Calls, and poor service where only partial work was done(No Signature confirming work was done), but the the Indiana (Franklin) Rose Pest Control Team expected full payment(to which I stopped the auto deduction the payments) for the subpar, partial work that they did not complete. Despite my several attempts in contacting them to complete the unfinished job). After my frustration with them died down, I attempted to resolve the matter and made several calls(unanswered). I then received a bill for what was claimed as service rendered but the service was not complete. I never received a followed up despite my attempts to reach out to address the matter. The Indiana staff didn't care to assist or nor bother understand my issue. You "had" a Long Term Customer but poor management blew the opportunity

Everything was handled with professionalism.

Problem was treated, I was given an explanation of everything that would be done & follow-up treatment.

Great! John is always on time and nice.

Office staff was friendly as was the man (Mark) who came out to do the spraying.

Treatment was completed thoroughly and I would hire again.

Great and came back within 30 days when we saw a few bugs

They were very good. The price was good too. They were good at it all. They did good work. It took about a half an hour. The worker was good.

Offer said some openings would be covered and up to so many bait stations. Inspection was done inside the home and a few bait stations put out. The outside of the home was never looked at or addressed. Very unsatisfied.

Very pleasant and courteous. Was knowledgeable. Felt he should have been more thorough by inspecting under deck.

The bugs are gone. I would go to Angie's List and get another deal.

They were very responsive. They were here just a few days after I called. They sprayed around the house and garage and removed all spider webs. Mike was very courteous and professional. Would definitely use them again.

Arrived ahead of schedule. Very thorough application and explanation of services. Technician removed exterior cobwebs and a wasp nest in addition to spraying.

Bad news was that after two treatments we still had ants entering the house around the patio door. The good news is that Rose revisited 3 times in a timely manner to continue to treat the problem. As of today it would seem we may have the problem beat ( knock on wood ). Overall our service person was very timely and professional and seems willing to do whatever it takes to get the problem rectified.

This service was no better than my buying a can of insecticide and spraying all around my house. I have a huge ant problem inside, and they are gaining entrance from the outside. In all fairness, the service man said as soon as it rains, or if I water flowers in the flower boxes attached to my house, I will need him to come out again. I had ants back in my house in 5 days.

Seemed to work fairly well throughout summer

Alvin was on time, polite, efficient, and informative. He was willing to answer all my questions quickly and effectively. He did an excellent job! The company responded very quickly after I contacted them via Angie's List. I don't think any company has ever responded so fast. Thank you!

Had drinks on the patio that night and wasn't bitten once - usually I would be covered in bites even after applying lotion!

Scheduled okay and came as scheduled. Applied treatment and have noticed no infestations. Noticed no smell or irritation. Person was pleasant and not pushyOnly complaint so far is that I paid for this through Angies's list and just today received an invoice to the treatment in today's mail. Do like being billed twice.

Rose called to schedule the appointment. Due to weather they weren't able to come out a few times but they called to let me know each time. They called and rescheduled and made the effort to come out. When they arrived they asked a lot of questions, were polite, informative, and made a few recommendations based on bug issues we've had in the past. They even sprayed our bathroom for no charge because we'd seen some ants for some reason. He also told us what to do if they come back. Great service. Will definitely use again.

It went fine. They just stayed outside. I just met the guy then I went to work. The guy that comes is the same guy who came last week. He is a very nice guy, very courteous, and very professional. Their responsiveness is very good. It is easy to set up an appointment. Their punctuality is the best. They come when they say they are coming and he calls ahead. Everything works very well.

Our technician, Vance, was punctual, cordial, and performed his job well. He used a chemical spray that was child and pet friendly. I guess the overall job will be eventually be declared successful if the pests do not return for the summer and fall season. I was most impressed with the technician who represented his company Rose Pest Solutions well.
