They are hard working and knowledgeable, they were out the same day, and followed up to make sure the work was done correctly after the next rain storm. It wasn't an easy fix, so they did have to try a couple different methods to finally get this right for me, but they did persevere.

Rocket Plumbing was coming over to inspect our main kitchen line issues at the condo building. The night before they arrived, the floor drain in the janitor's room started backing up water. We needed to have work done instead of just getting a work estimate. Anthony and Angel arrived promptly at their scheduled time and quickly determined our plumbing issue and got to work immediately. They power rodded the main kitchen line to the catch basin and hydro jetted the main kitchen line for our 20 unit condo building. This work removed the clogs from the sink line. In addition, Anthony advised us on how often we should have this work done to prevent future clogging issues which are commonplace in multi-unit dwellings. They also recommended a company who we can call to get our catch basin cleaned. Anthony and Angel worked tirelessly and quickly to resolve our plumbing problem. They cleaned up after all the work was completed. Anthony and Angel are knowledgable, professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with.

I've been working with Rocket Plumbing for the past few years for various commercial restroom plumbing issues. I've probably made around 4 to 6 service calls per year. The entire crew communicates exceptionally well and they deliver consistently. They have strong warranties behind all their work. (I've had to do a call back for a job, and they responded with urgency and made corrections within hours.) Every office receptionist i've spoken to has been helpful. And every single service member that showed up on site has been exceptionally professional. I've been working with Anthony for the past few months and he has further exceeded my expectations! He clearly explains every situation and the work that needs to be done. Clearly communicates any possible complications that may arise and respective costs. Anthony deserves his own review and he gets a perfect 5/5! These are the only plumbers I call.

Everything went great. They were able to make a weekend appointment with no problem, arrived on time, and finished the work quickly. They came back quickly when I noticed a leak that I thought was coming from the new heater (it wasn't - not even related to their work). Very helpful and honest.

They were good. I just like them. I looked at them in yelp because I'm not a member of Angie's List anymore. They have five or four stars. I called Rocket Plumbing. He was going upstairs to check what was wrong and he didn't charge me anything.

I was put on-call for same day service on a leaking boiler in a home I just purchased. Within 30 minutes, they came out, quoted me on several options, and even helped me to drain the boiler and stop a running toilet (which I hadn't even called about), all included for just the travel fee. Great guys, I will call them again for same-day service.

Tony came out to install a gas line for our grill outside and was $300 below other plumbers on Angie's list. Tony cameo it saw what needed to be done and wrote the quote; followed up by an appt to complete install the following Tuesday, they were ontime on budget and cleaned up drywall dust and mess they made great job. I have hired Rocket since.

Had Anthony come out to complete gas grill connection to our new grill. He was clean professional and very conscience to making it right, clean and safe. He knew that $2500 weber summit built in grill should be clean, and neat and connected the proper way. Not all plumbers know highend appliances and connectivity. Anthony then came back two days later for free to make sure all was working correctly and we had no problems. Anthony is my first plumber referral. I'm hesitant to tell people to hire him cause when I need him I don't want to wait cause he is so busy. But he is good.

They wanted to charge us 300 to clear a bathroom sink drain with some hair in it. They said they would charge 300 as well just to look at the facet in the shower. They also tried to charge me a fee just for showing up.

Our tub began to leak into our downstairs. Marlin (sp?) came out and within a few hours he had the drain replaced. This was not an easy job since the floor joists were positioned in the way of the pipes. But they pulled it off! Marlin is extremely knowledgeable, professional and a pretty funny guy!

The power vent on my 10-year-old hot water heater seized up and wouldn't move. I called around a lot of places but many wouldn't come out for a few days. Rocket was able to come the same day I called, though they did arrive a couple hours after scheduled, which seems par for the course. Unfortunately, they do not service power vent blowers by themselves. They called around for the part, which wasn't easy to find. Here comes my only complaint - I had to follow up with them over and over to get updates about finding the part. They couldn't get it the day of service, I didn't hear anything over the weekend even though I was told I would, and nothing Monday until I helped track down the part myself. So that was frustrating. That being said, the part was so rare that it was too expensive to simply replace it on its own. I verified this on my own, so in the end, a new hot water heater was needed. They were able to install the new one two days after the decision was made to do so. The installation was quick (2 hours) and there were no problems. I got a standard 50 gallon power vent natural gas hot water heater, so as far comparing prices, that gives you a point to compare it to. Looking online, the price seemed reasonable, but by no means lower than expected.

I set the appt and the called and said the unexpectedly had time earlier and could they come then. I said ok. He walked in and I told him my drain issues, he whipped out a contract stating it would be $169 to rod the drain and $179 for the tub. I said I thought it was very excessive as rodding a drain is usually less than $100 bucks a higher price is for clearing sewer lines not tub and sink drains, in fact I see $60-75 coupons for simple drain clearing all the time. He said that is what it is. So I told him to leave and gave him the trip charge. He was very nonchalant even happy about it as if they make there money on all the trip charges. I called my usual plumber and he did both for $120.

He was an hour late even though we were pay a $15 fee to have him come out. He wanted to charge $375 for rodding our sewer line and told us we would have to hire a separate person to clean the catch basin. He gave us a high quote (over $350 ) for a simple fix needed for our dishwashers as well. We had another guy come out the next day for a second quote. They charged us $150 for rodding and cleaning the catch basin and did a good job (they removed a hairball the size of a basketball). I'm not sure how they are with the quality of their service, but with the huge difference in pricing, I wouldn't trust that we were getting a fair deal.
