Description of Work: David spent 11.5 hours doing miscelaneous repairs in my house. He had to repair a leaky shower, a leaky pipe in my basement, a leak in a bathtub drain that included repairing the ceiling of the floor below it. He also repaired the brick around some of my windows that had crumbled, and he repaired the holes in those outside walls. He also repaired the drywall in a couple of places. It was a lot of work, the worn out pieces of my shower and tub are not found in home depot, so he went to the specialty plumbing store to get those.

Description of Work: Roby's Unique Services with David, came to my rescue again. I had a bathroom remodel about 6 months ago and starting having problems with keeping water in the sink (while doing hand laundry). Since, I had purchased the fixtures myself, I assumed the problem was with the fixtures. Last month David came over to attach a lighting fixture on the bathroom wall (electrical wires inside wall) and I asked him if there he would take a look at the sink for me. He found that the "expert, licensed" plumber had "neglected" to put any plumbing putty around the plug . In addition, the plumber had not attached the stopper element to the under sink bar/holder, simple procedures that any plumber would do automatically. (The plumber had been supplied by my contractor). David made the repairs. During the same visit David removed wall lights in bedroom and installed new ones. David is very talented. He is conscientious and thorough, and if he cannot do a job perfectly, he won't start. His prices are also very reasonable. He is my go-to person and I give him many stars. Description of Work: David fixed a door I was having difficulty opening. He did a wonderful job. A few months later the problem returned. David came out and fixed it again and did ot charge me. He also fixed a toilet that kept running.

Description of Work: I have used this company for years. A cadillac of service, honesty and integrity.He came for a small tenant issue immediatly. He located a cross connection of a gas pipe. He came on a timely basis and soothed difficult personal issues.

Description of Work: David came to the house the day I contacted him and assessed the leaking toilet. He fixed the leak and didn't charge me a penny. He explained it wasn't worth charging me for such a minor repair, something which simply needed to be tightened. In the past he's done electrical work, installed lights under a cabinet, exposing no wires which other handymen, giving estimates, were unable to do. He's also repaired several locks, replaced a door knob and toilet seat.

Description of Work: I had 1 outdoor light, 5 chandeliers, and 7 wall sconces put in. I also had a number of switches either replaced or repaired. In the process of putting in the fixtures new wiring had to be run and this required searching for ways to put it in without damaging my walls and ceilings. My house has old plaster walls and beautiful crown molding and I wanted the installation to do little or no damage. Mr. Roby was able to find ways, with my help, to do just that. I showed him where he could use unfinished areas of the attic to access the power and run the wiring. He did not damage any of my moldings and he did only minimal damage to the walls. The wall damage was unavoidable and acceptable. He was very courteous and professional at all times. The project took 5 days instead of the 3 1/2 that was projected. Description of Work: I required an outlet grounded due to inspection for a real estate closing. Mr. Roby came and ran a ground wire from another outlet to the one in question and corrected the problem.
