Faulty and incomplete work that had to be redone by a BBB qualified contractor. Did not respond to text, email, phone messages.

Robert was very responsive. He found the time to be at my house with 24 hours to solve what I thought was a major problem. He ended up solving the problem in 30 minutes and told me he wouldnt charge me for something so minor. Literally, between his drive and work performed a total of 1 1/2 hours of time - no charge. He diagnosed the problem as a reset. Robert is the and quot;go to guyand quot; for electrical services big and small. (and oh.......an agreeable personality)

ROBERT HAS DONE WORK FOR US ON SEVERAL OF OUR CONDOS FROM ADDIING LIGHT FIXTURES TO BLINDS, REWORKING A CEILING TO ADD MORE RECESSED LIGHTS ETC. ETC. HE IS PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.

I would recommend him. He has done a lot of work for me. He always does a great work. He comes over and replaces bulbs when they die for free. He made really good recommendations on the types of lighting I should use for place. He is knowledgeable. Whatever he does, he impresses me.

I was very impressed by Robert Miles. The price was extremely reasonable for the amount of time spent and difficulty of installation. His workers were able to come out the next day to install everything. They were friendly, professional, and not at all bothered by a large (and somewhat boisterous) dog. Robert Miles came out a few days later to make sure the work had been done right. Pleasant and professional experience all around. Highly recommended.

Robert came out right away for installation estimate. He reviewed plans combined from suggestions by interior decorator and Lightology salesperson. Robert made additional suggestions that were excellent and really added to finished project. His two installers were incredibly nice, knowledgeable and clean! While one person would cut into ceiling or sand, the other person would vacuum the source before dust could even reach the ground. They truly did an amazing job. The place was immaculate when they walked out the door in less time than originally estimated. I believe we paid a premium for the job but for something as important as home electrical, the quality workmanship and added value was well worth it.

Robert was very responsive to my requests for information and quotation, provided useful advice on options for installation and helped refine the order from Lightology. His crew did excellent work and left the place in good shape, including patching drywall as needed. His prices are not on the low end, but I had no worries about the workmanship or having to do any repairs separately. I will use them again.

Robert Miles and his team of professionals were remarkable. They entered our apt. and began working much like a top surgical team would perform a complicated operation. Every single person knew exactly what to do and what the other workers were doing. There was no hesitation, no confusion, only swift, accurate installations. Frankly, they were amazing to observe. The prep work was admirable as they did everything possible not to leave a single mark on our newly painted apt. It was wonderful to have our extensive work done to perfection.

COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER.

I SUPPLIED SOME OF THE FIXTURES WHILE OTHERS WERE ORDERED THROUGH HIM. HIS CREW OF FOUR GUYS WERE ON TIME AND THEY CLEANED UP WELL. BUT ONE OF THE BEST THINGS I LIKED WAS HOW WELL ROBERT MILES COMMUNICATED THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM WAS WORTH THE COST.
