Description of Work: I had a great experience with my garage door that needed a repair. Service call was done on time work was done to my satisfaction. Even though I had an old wood door I was not pressured into buying a new. When I do I will call roberts again. Really nice experience.

Description of Work: I requested service on my garage door. They offered to troubleshoot it over the phone, which was generous at no expense to me. However, I chose to schedule a service to fix the issue as well as routine maintenance. They came the same day and were very efficient. George explained everything they did in detail. He was very professional and thorough.

Description of Work: Robert runs the company himself and responds to every phone call. He has employees who service as well, and are good, but Robert (Robbie) is responsible for, responsive to, everything. There was a slight glitch with my first service call, which was overall good, and Robbie immediately addressed it and gave the door an added tune-up. The company has long hours to accommodate the erratic needs if city garage door problems. Robbie runs an exemplary service company in an exemplary way. He will always be referred and recommended.

Description of Work: I have hired Robert several times over the last three years to maintain, replace and fix several garage doors. Robert is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and fair. I will hire him again and have referred him to many of my friends and family. I used to call a couple of different companies when I needed a quote, but now I just call Robert and he does an excellent job at a very fair price.

Description of Work: The service we received was professional, timely, and delivered with good cheer. The heavy garage door for a 3-car garage was found to have a broken spring about 6:30PM on a Saturday evening and couldn't be raised. I called Robert's and they came out about 8:30PM to put a clamp on the broken spring as a temporary fix so we could open the door and get cars in and out. They came back at an appointed time on Monday and installed a new spring, replaced some wheeled runners, oiled bearings, provided new electronic openers, etc. It was a pleasure doing business with them ("them" in this case being Robert himself). Note that these springs are massive given the work they have to do. Replacing them is not simple and the springs themselves are not cheap.

Description of Work: I have used this company for 2 small repairs. They showed up timely, made the repairs efficiently and explained the issues ans work performed fully. I would use them again. My only complaint is that if you need to make a claim on warranty work it is up to you to keep the receipt. No receipt no warranty. This is a tactic of companies that do not want to honor warranty work. They should maintain a database of work performed and warranties issued. Tracking a piece of paper for 3 years is unrerasonable.

Description of Work: My automatic garage door needed repair. I called and got Robert. From first contact to job complete was less than 3 hours. Robert repaired the door as described and without additional charge made adjustments for overall smoother operation of the door. GREAT SERVICE AND ROFESSIONALISM.

Description of Work: Our garage door was stuck open late on a Friday afternoon when we were leaving town. We call Robert's Garage Pros and they came within 30 minutes and immediately repaired the door. They did not charge an emergency fee or a after hours fee and were exceptionally polite. We would highly recommend them as an honest, responsive, and professional company.
