Robert answered the phone when I made the first call, was extremely professional on the phone and we set a time for the next day to deal with the lock. He solved that problem in short order, programed 2 openers for me including 1 that he provided. Cost for that day including the remote was $40. He then inspected the garage which had not been particularly well maintained by the previous owner. He explained the need to replace the main door spring before winter. We set a date for that job. He was running late that day and because of my schedule we made a new date. He was on time, did a great job with the spring and also lubricated the hinges and rollers. He included a 5 year warranty for the work. I am very happy with the work that he did and how professionally he did it. When I first met him I was surprised at how young he is (27 but looks 18) but he is extremely good and very professional and his youthful appearance should not deter anyone from using him. He works with his brothers and they all have a strong work ethic that their father encouraged when they were very young. He probably knows more about this work than most people twice his age.

They removed my old garage door after my garage was hit by a car (my car was stuck inside the damaged garage). Gave me a very prompt estimate for replacing the door and the door opener. Didn't try to oversell me on the type of door. They were able to come do the work within days and finished the job in one afternoon. They were very friendly and efficient, did a great job of explaining the costs and all info related to the new product and left the work site clean.

Robert had difficulty squeezing our job in, but did a fabulous job on a very hot summer day. There was a crew of 3 men, and they not only removed a 95 year old side by side garage doors, but also cut them up so we could save money by disposing them ourselves. They were able to substitute a higher quality door for the one we purchased, since the factory had damaged the one we ordered. His crew worked for almost 8 hours on this job and despite the heat, spent time cleaning up, demonstrating it for us, and even oiled 2 other garage doors of ours. Overall, a very satisfactory experience, and nice guys, too.

The job went very well. We will definitely use Robert's services again. This is one company we want to remember in the future. He came thru on our emergency. Polite, punctual, professional and definitely knows his business. Excellent!!!!!!

My garage door spring broke on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Robbie answered my call immediately on that Sunday and was available to evaluate and fix the problem the next morning, which happened to be Memorial Day. I was offered two types of replacement springs that differed in durability and price. The work was completed in a timely fashion. I don't believe I was charged for a weekend or holiday call. I would definitely recommend Robert's Garage Pros.

Robbie's level of responsiveness and promptness is unbelievable. We called and he came out the next morning. He fixed the openings and did some general maintenance work to make the door run better. He had good suggestions for the overall function of the door (and already had the parts he needed on his truck) - I think it only took him about 40 minutes to complete the job. They are excellent and very professional - we will definitely call them when any garage door issues arise - very happy with their service!

Called Robbie and he responded promptly helping pick a door and a style. Jack dropped by the next day and confirmed everything in the evening. Installation took a little longer than estimated and door had a tiny scratch so Jack called supplier and got a small discount. He also promised to drop me a small bottle of white paint for the scratch the next day, but I never received it. I called and reminded him the next week and he said they were out and will drop one soon, but I'm still waiting... Garage door was installed 9 month ago and been working well so far, but lately the right side shakes as the door is shutting down...

We called them in the morning before taking the dogs for a walk. They had people there working on it by the time we got back from the walk. It was truly amazing how prompt they were about responding. The guys that came were knowledgeable and helpful, even offering advice on how to avoid the chain snappage in the first place. They did the work within 30 minutes and the price was very reasonable. Great experience!

Our Torsion spring snapped. Also one of the panels was bending because of excessive stress during the opening/closing operation. We called in the morning, they said they would come and take a look at it. Robert and Ben came - looked at our situation, recommended changing the springs. They changed the springs, reinforced the door, and gave us a discount. All within an hour.

Came out within an hour and fixed problem as well as adjusted door and some other updates. Works better now that it has in 7 years.

I began my quest to repair or replace my damaged industrial warehouse door by visiting Angies List and emailing (only) a few select garage door companies that I felt could handle my commercial door needs. I took the time to read several replies from each company before moving ahead. Robbie contacted me via phone no more than 24 hours from time of my initial email request for service. We set up an appointment for the following Sunday and he said no problem. He was prompt, professional and quite knowledgeable. He took the time to hear my concerns and reply with a plan of how to solve the problem. He said that they can definitely repair the previously damaged garage door and that I will not need to invest in a replacement overhead door at this time. I agreed to his oral description of the repair work needed and he said that he would call me back with an estimate. He called me back a day or two later with a price and after I agreed to his verbal agreement, we scheduled a later date to complete the work. Two men came out to do the work right after our area received a 12"+ snow storm. Regardless, the weather seemed to not change the men's attitude or conviction to complete the work in a professional and complete way. They did a great job! Everything works better than before the accidental damage to the door. I highly recommend this company!

Robbie responded to my plea for help the very same day that I called. He was professional and friendly. He went over several options for me at different price points so that I could decide what would be best for my needs at the time. He not only fixed the problem in less than an hour, but tuned and oiled all the parts without me asking him to do so. Overall excellent service. Highly recommended!

The spring broke this morning. I checked Angie's List & called Robert's because it was so highly rated. They answered the phone, came out, fixed the problem, and fixed two other problems he noticed without charging me. All done. Good job.

The workers were friendly and worked in the cold. They were fast and were extremely prepared. It was a joy to have them come estimate and do the work in a little over an hour.

They were able to come out w/in 2 hours of calling and fixed the door within 20 minutes. Couldn't ask for more.

Our garage door has been acting weird and opening and closing on its own, so we left for the day and disabled (locked) it until we got home. When my husband went to re-engage the opener, the door moved off the track and was hanging there. This was dinner time on a Sat night mid-winter and even though they told me it was their busiest day ever and had to call me back to see when they could get someone out, they called back and Jack was out within an hour. He was so fantastic, pro, fast and reasonably priced, I can't say enough good things about him. If you need garage door help, CALL THESE GUYS! I never post reviews (so lazy!) but Jack prompted me to put in a good word because they deserve your business.

The spring on our old garage door had broken along with a bracket tearing out of the wall which also took a chunk of our wood door with it. So, our cars were basically stuck in our garage until we got the door fixed. We called Robert's the next morning to get a quote to either repair or replace. They were able to get to us within a couple hours. Robby gave us our options for repairing or replacing and we decided to go with replacing the door. They were able to not only get the door open so I could go to work, but they were able to install the new door, springs, etc that day. Came home that night and brand new door was in place. We had opted not to add the vinyl trim but the next day decided we needed it. Called Robby on Friday and he was able to come out the next morning and install it. We were extremely pleased with the service we received from this company. Extremely professional, polite, efficient and fast. The price was good as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door work. Would definately use them again in the future.

Overall, it went excellent. Robert's garage was very professional, helpful and affordable. Plus, they didn't charge me extra for fixing this during the weekend.

In the cold of the winter, the gears on my garage door opener froze and my garage door would not open. I had my regular handyman come to take a look at it and he thought I would have to get a new garage door opener. I called Robby on a Saturday morning. He came within an hour, looked at the opener, said he could repair it. He quoted me $100, but because he had all the parts he needed in his truck he only charged me $80. He also oiled the garage door track to make sure the opener would not break again. I totally thought I was going to have to replace the opener, and thanks to Robby, saved at least $200!

They were prompt. I called them and they came in the same day and worked until 8:30 that night replacing all the garage door openers. I had another provider quote and he was 50% more than them - Robert's Garage Pros wanted $300 per garage door opener, while the other guy wanted $450. I couldn?t be happier with their service. The garage doors are pretty old. They had a look at them and gave me some advice on how to make them more efficient, so that they wouldn?t burn out motors in the future. They are great folks and I would highly recommend them.

They came the same day that we called and did it all. As far as I can tell, they did a good job and I would definitely use this company again.

Robert came out and gave us an estimate. We agreed op a date and time with a completion time. The installer was 1 hour late but still completed the job on time.

Called Robert's and spoke with Aaron who said he'd be able check it out right away. He arrived within a half an hour and immediately found a problem with loose wiring associated with the sensors. He also performed a tune up to make the baseline $60 service call worthwhile for such an easy problem. Aaron was completely professional and helpful, explaining everything he did along the way. I'd highly recommend Robert's Garage Pros to anyone.

We had been having problems with our garage door (not going up evenly, very noisy, etc) for several years, and it finally fell off its tracks. A number of providers told us that whoever initially installed the door made a lot of mistakes, and we were concerned that we would have to spend over $1000 to replace the entire door. When I called Robbie for an estimate, he came over promptly and explained that he could fix or replace all the mechanical parts (springs, hinges, rollers) without us having to buy a new door. I did a little more research and got a few other estimates, and decided to ask him to do the work he suggested as well as change the spring system to a torsional spring. I had some trouble scheduling the actual job, but when Robbie came to do the work, he did it quickly, and the results were exactly what I had expected and hoped for. The door is working better than it ever did before, and I'm confident that all the problems that were caused by the initial installation are gone. The only thing that detracted from my experience somewhat was that Robbie wasn't the most punctual person when it came time to schedule the job. He showed up a few hours later than I had expected, though it didn't really inconvenience me because I am able to work from home when necessary. Nonetheless, I have no qualms about recommending him to you.
