I had them come out and give me a quote on a repair. While he was there looking at it the technician mentioned that the whole motor was wearing out. We agreed it was more practical to just replace the whole opener. They were able to come the next day and replace it quickly. Very responsive, great work. Would recommend.

Aaron was very professional. Explained the work and completed the job quickly. I requested for a specific clicker type which Aaron did not have and he said he would come back with the clicker and also install the code in my car's garage opener buttons. He did not take payment for the job until he returned with the clicker which he did promptly.

Robert showed up and did the work quickly with a high degree of professionalism. We are happy with the 2 doors he helped us order and then installed.

Morris did a great job! He was very responsive and answered all questions. Did high quality work in the time frame agreed upon. Neat and efficient. Very courteous. We are quite happy with the quality. The doors open quietly and smoothly now. Condo with two garage doors, one large and one small. Two LiftMaster motors. One key pad. Six new remotes (two per unit). Total cost was 1780.00.

It went quickly and smoothly. The issue was assessed immediately and repaired with minimal cost for parts and labor. The new mechanism is better quality than the original, so the issue won’t happen again.

They fixed it and it's working well. They installed two new springs. The person that scheduled the service call explained you should have both fixed because they are typically installed at the same time and break around the same time; you may get an extra week or two out of the other one.

Called them in the morning to schedule a technician to come and got a price quote of 200ish, the technician called around the scheduled time and said the he might be roughly 2 hours late due to his current client, which is understandable. When the tech arrives, he gave me a quote of 300 instead of 200ish, he even called his boss to confirm and the boss said his quote was for one spring instead of two (I mean, why would you give me a quote for just one spring replacement, the proper way to fix it should be replacing the pair) Since I really need my garage door to be working, I bite the bullet and have him do it for 300. He did throw in new rollers replacement and lubrication on the roller and track. But the price is on the high side comparing to what my friends have experienced with other vendor. I do have to say, their tech is well trained and is very polite, which is a plus.

We used them almost exactly one year ago for some broken door cables and misaligned doors. The tech was prompt, courteous, professional and did great work in a very short time. The price for all the work was much better than I would have expected for the same day professional service. I am sorry I do not have a tech name to share for that service call. Yesterday, when the door got stuck on the side latch, the only way I could get it loose was to pull the quick release. That freed the door but then it was detached from the trolley on the opener. I tried a few things to get it reattached but nothing worked. So I called Robert's. Within about 30 minutes, Morris called me back, on a Sunday afternoon. He said he could stop by in 15-30 minutes if I really needed him to be there. But he also suggested a few tricks I had missed to fix the problem. Sure enough, following Morris' instructions, I got my door fixed immediately. So Robert's and Morris fixed my problem with no service call required. This is very impressive customer service. I will never use another door service company other than Robert's ever again.

My garage door locked-up on me this morning and George came right out, promptly identified the probelm and had it working in less than 40 minutes. I would not hesitate to call Robert's again, they are officially my go-to for garage doors!

They were quite honest and noted that it was actually functioning pretty well and it just has a noise and jerky start. They made a slight adjustment and oiled it. Only charged me for the visit, no repairs.

Morris was sent out and was prompt and was able to quickly fix the problem. The price was fair. The dispatcher was also very courteous and got Morris sent out quickly.

The installation went very well. Because the building was over 100 years old and had never had garage doors on it before, the Roberts Garage Door owners met with a carpenter who had done work for me before to have prep work done prior to the installation. The carpenter completed the work to Roberts' specifications and the subsequent installation of all three doors was completed in one day! Then Roberts' staff came back a second day to add the locks, handles and accents to the doors. The transformation of this building is just amazing!

Very well. I called about a door that suddenly wouldn't open or close at 8:30 pm and someone came out the next day - today, a Saturday. Aaron told me what was wrong, what it would cost and completed the work in a timely way. He installed new springs, oiled the moving parts, repaired the seal at the bottom of the door and re-calibrated the remote opener. I was given a senior discount as well.

Terribly. I won't blindly trust anyone from Angie's list again.

These guys are great and the tech immediately knew that the springs on the door were not strong enough for the garage door. He had larger ones on his truck and fixed it right away. I have used them before and they are very trustworthy.

Received call back from owner promptly after leaving voicemail in the morning. Appt set for the same afternoon. Morris was great - called to confirm he was on the way, great listener, and was confident in fixing the problem. Also gave advice on a creative way to prevent the sunlight interference in the future. His adjustments took less than 5 minutes and everything is back to working perfectly. Couldn't be happier.

Excellent. The team at Robert's (in particular their service technician Jon) was great to work with. The new unit works very well.

This company came out in December and my husband picked them. The guy just kind of fell off the face of the earth. We couldn't get in touch with them. I called the owner because they had really good ratings. I said look, are you guys interested. If you're not let me know and we will move on. The owner said nope give me a time and I will have the guy call you. He called me and then didn't get back to me again so I called the owner again. I just called them and said forget it, no more because we're moving on. I was so unhappy. When I followed up in January to say look we haven't heard from you in over a month and the guy was allegedly order the garage door and install it and here were are with nothing. He seemed very responsive. I don't know if his workers are involved with everybody or what, but they just never came out. He came out, he did a temporary fix because I think one of his workers did because there were issues. Said it needed to be replaced. Gave my husband a quote, and then a month later nothing was happening. I told him if they weren't interested just let me know if you can't do the job. It seemed like a pretty straight forward job. When I called another company the guy came out right away, did the measurements, answered my questions, sent me all the information, came out as schedule, did all the work and even said one of the weather strippings was short. He was going to come out the following day and took care of it. Everything worked fine. I don't think it was in any way shape or form a difficult job. I don't know why Roberts fell off the face of the earth unless they were too busy. I don't think it was very professional. The owner seemed to be responsive, but there was no follow through. I think they are pretty highly rated so I don't know what the problem was.

They did a very good job, they were very prompt. They showed up when they said they were going to show up and took care of things quickly. It was minimal interaction. They came and showed up, took care of the job, They came back out when they were done. The work turned out excellent.
