I had a great experience. They came quickly and he solved my problem and I went to work. Their price was fine. He was very responsive.

Robert's salvaged what seemed to me to a be a completed ruined garage door -- the panels we torqued, rollers off the rails, rails off the walls, rollers on the ground... a mess. Within 30 minutes and for only $100 bucks or so the door was working again and more smoothly than it ever had. They came quickly, worked wonders, and left happy. Excellent service

Aaron came out to do an estimate for replacing a set of springs on 2-car garage door. On the phone he said it would be in the 220-250 range. He ended up doing the work for $210. He noticed a couple of rollers in bad shape and went ahead and replaced them for me at no charge. He was on-time and completed the work quickly. I will be calling him again when I am ready to replace the motor. Highly recommended.

I called and Robert answered the phone right away and said that he was going to call his tech Nick. Nick came out about Two hours later and within no time we had another garage door clicker working. Very fast, great and reliable service. I will use them again.

After a major foul-up resulting in two missed appointments (and requiring me to use another provider to fix my problem), Robert's reached out to offer a free service visit if I would consider using them again. While I'm very unhappy about how things initially transpired, I do appreciate a company that cares enough to follow up on a bad experience and try to make things right. They could have easily just ignored me altogether.

I would highly recommend Robert's to anyone and will definitely use them again. Nick was our technician and he was fantastic. He came over within 15 minutes and had the door repaired and working normally with a half hour. We have a new garage door company!

If I could give them an A+ rating I would. I called them before 8am on a Monday morning fully expecting voicemail and was amazed when John answered the phone. I was in a total panic because here it was Monday morning, my garage door wouldn't close (leaving it open all day was not an option) AND I was starting a new job that day and could not be late. John, was truly amazing. He calmed me down and as soon as he heard the problem he suggested that he try talking me through a fix, which of course would be the quickest option. He was very patient with me and my hysteria, as well as my technical ineptitude and lo and behold, John was able to talk me through the solve. It would have been so easy to take advantage of my desparation and schedule an emergency call yet he didn't. For that, as well as for dealing with my panic, John, and Robert's, has earned my loyalty. You can be sure I will use them for my next maintenance and any future work. Also, for those who don't, keep their card by the opener inside the garage - sure comes in handy when you're in a rush!

Second time using these guys. I thought they did a good job from a visit last year and I had stapled their business card next to the garage door button on the wall. Glad I did. I go out to leave this morning, only to watch various small parts fall from the motor, ultimately leaving the garage door wide open. Looked to the card on the wall, made the call on the spot. Someone answered right away. I explained that I thought I needed a new opener and stated the problem. No up-selling at Robert's. I was told that it could probably be just repaired, no need for new opener, and that a tech would call back. Tech called within 15 minutes, arrived within the hour with a solution, and was done ~45 minutes later. Also took the time to make some general adjustments he thought would help the door. Fair price, fast work, responsive. Recommended.

The installer called to say he was on the way. Our garage door opener had broken recently and I purchased a new one. The installer suggested new door springs since the old ones were over 10 years old. Good suggestion. The springs and opener were installed and the installer demonstrated how to use the opener and how the door was better balanced with the new springs. The garage door works smoother and quieter now.

They are probably one of the best guys I’ve ever worked with. Their price is very fair. They do a great job. It’s a small family owned company so you’re always dealing with the same person. You’re never more than one person away from whoever’s going to actually do the work and they always know what they’re talking about. Their prices are great. They are extremely prompt. When a garage door goes bad, you have to have it serviced right away and they are very accommodating in scheduling jobs quickly.

The technician showed up on time, provided a written estimate, and scheduled the work for the next day. The work was done in a neat workmanlike fashion.

Never showed up,or called to reschedule. Don't you have anyway to ensure people you list are dependable and will do the work they were contracted for in timely manner??

He was prompt, professional and friendly. He serviced the gates and also explained how often the service would need to be provided and rollers replaced.

Wow, I told them my car was "locked in" my garage, and asked if they could come over quickly. 60 minutes later, the garage door was FULLY FIXED. Yup, they scrambled, and my car is no longer a "garage prisoner".

Great service- cable snapped last night, we called Robert's this morning and someone came out this morning and offered a variety of solutions. He replaced the springs, all pulleys, the hardware, oiled all parts and adjusted the chain and did multiple tests and tweeks to make sure it was running as smoothly as possible. We are very happy with the result- thanks!

Robby knows his stuff and seems to really pride himself in producing quality work. He came out to give an estimate on repairing my gate, and spent a good amount of time on the phone with me, discussing several different ways we could approach the project. If a particular approach was going to cost more, he would explain it in detail, making sure I understood. This is not something I got from other contractors I spoke with when bidding out this project, and is something I really appreciate. This time, he just came out to tune up the gate to get it functioning properly again, and did a great job. I'll be using Robby again for sure when I'm ready to put an automatic opener on the gate.

My wife originally met with the sales rep from Roberts Garage. Her meeting with the rep was very straightforward and brief. She was very comfortable. I also interviewed two more professionals from Angies List before we decided to go with Robert's Garage. Their quote was competitive and seemed more thorough compared to the other two. My only criticism was some communication issues and timeliness of delivery. It took my wife a few attempts to get confirmation on the date and time of our installation appointment. On the day of the appointment I had to call again because the crew were several hours late. It turns out the installer had to come from far away to get to our house. This was out of their control but it would have been nice if their office had called to let me know about the delay. Once they arrived the installers were very professional and thorough in their work. The head tech, Jose, spent several minutes fine tuning the door and testing it with our opener. He provided maintenance tips and overall he was very pleasant to work with. The new door looks great and functions very well with our opener. Overall, the installers were very good and the office could do a better job communicating with the client.

My garage had a busted spring, and the wire on the side had broken in the process as well. The service provider looked not only at the spring and the wire, but also evaluated the motor, chain, and light. He was nice, truthful and explained what was going on the whole time. A few things to note regarding the overall expertise: - When scheduling an appointment, I had to leave a message and was called back within 20 minutes. - Issue: he light had not worked since I moved in and he tweaked it to get it working again at no charge. :) I did provide the bulb of course. - Expertise: He did tell me that the motor was in fine shape, and that it was one of the best on the market. He did say that the motherboard had been replaced, but that is not an issue with the longevity of the piece. - The chain was going to need to be replaced soon, and showed me that because it was sagging, the piece in the motor was wearing down. - Cost: He gave me an estimate for replace the spring that day (165 I believe). I declined because I am on a budget, but he gave me his info and said to call if anything came up. He said with daily use, I'd get another 3 months out of it so to replace it sooner than later. - He was quick, knowledgeable, and ready to work. Punctuality: - He called 30 minutes before the scheduled "time window" and noted his car broke down and asked if I was flexible. While I was waiting, he was very flexible and communicative. He called 2 more times to keep me updated and gave me a 30 minute 'notice' before he came over. I get it, things happen, and I appreciated being updated throughout. Overall hands down, easy, prompt (mostly), and I didn't feel like I was 'in the dark' about what was going on with my garage door.

Called Robert's Garage Door to come look at the main motor box. Motor was still working, but would not lift the door and sounded as if gears were broken. They came out the next day at the time we agreed upon, looked at the box (I was afraid the entire thing would have to be replaced as it was 12 years old and used daily). He said the motor was perfect and should last another 10 years. However several parts are plastic and that they do wear out, which is what happened. He replaced the pieces in about 1 1/2 hours, adjusted the belts, oiled it and it was working like new. They guys are definitely professional and prompt.

IT WENT WELL. GEORGE CAME ON THE SCHEDULED DATE, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. REPLACED THE GARAGE DOOR AND REPAIRED ANOTHER DOOR FRAME. HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT WAS DONE. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE DOORS SINCE THEN. THANK YOU.

Despite calling on the morning of New Year's Eve, the team at Robert's was over in about an hour to take a look and fix the problem. The cost was reasonable, the work was done well - would definitely use them again!

I highly recommend using Robert's Garage Doors for any garage needs. He and his crew were fast to respond to my initial call, scheduled the work within a reasonable time frame, and completed the job at or even a bit ahead of schedule. There were some details about the garage that made for potential challenges, and they handled everything with no problems at all. They were agreeable, inexpensive while delivering value, friendly, and very professional. As a realtor as well as a homeowner, I will continue to gladly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

Arrived near the end of the time window, but that's OK as there was severe weather in the area (and he called earlier to say he would arrive near the end of the window, and thanked me for waiting when he left). Very impressed that he came with the replacement part even before looking at the garage door opener I have. Replaced the gear, as well as tuned up the rest of my system... i.e. lubed the tracks, cleaned the sensors, adjusted the spring and door height, all within a 1/2 hour. For a very reasonable price. Would definitely use again.
