They have been to our house twice. Both times they were fantastic & professional & rerasonably priced. Highly recommend them.

It went great they fixed the sensors in about 10 minutes. They let us know if there are problems to give them a call and we will get a credit towards the repair.

Roberts Garage Professionals were absolutely fantastic! They were quick to respond and come to our home in cold temps. They removed a very old and incredibly heavy wooden garage door that we had, and installed a brand new garage door in no time at all! We really couldn't have asked for more! Responsive, professional, great work and reasonably priced. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They gave us an estimate and stuck with it. They showed up on time. They did it in one shot and we did not have to call them back.

Although we had a little bit of difficulty getting an appointment scheduled (due to the bad weather, mostly) they did a good job making sure they got the work done over the week end, which was critical. The job itself took very little time. (10 minutes) . They said they'd be here at 3:00 and they got here at 3:00 on the dot. They were professional and courteous and did what we needed them to do. They were responsive and eager to make sure we were satisfied. We are very happy and will call them again.

On returning home this morning, the garage door refused to open more than a foot. I tried getting it to open from the inside but nothing worked. I came here, read the reviews and called Robert's first (since I was hoping for emergency service before the weekend, open street parking is rare here). This has all happened within the last 90 minutes (and my door is fixed)! Now, I'm sure I got lucky since it seemed John was actually closeby and able to get here quickly. But from the first contact (Robbie on the phone), to the call back (from John a few minutes later confirming address, problem and giving me an ETA on when he'd be here) to the door being fixed, it's been under 90 minutes. I'm impressed. The problem I thought I had (bent track preventing the wheels from going up) was actually not the problem. A fast adjustment by John, who also pointed out what happened to the track, and it was working fine. There was no sales pitch, no pressure of any kind. Just fixed my problem, educated me on how it happened, pointed out a potential problem later on and done. Extremely polite, friendly and the charge for this quick fix was more than reasonable. I found both Robbie and John to be professional, courteous and timely. I would use this company again without hesitation.

A month ago, one of the doors began sticking. I called Robbie and he didn't return my calls for 3 days. In that time frame, the tension from the door sticking caused the opener to break. Had he returned my call and adjusted the door, I don't believe it would have broken. He finally sent someone out to replace the opener at a cost of $600. The new opener never worked. It failed to operate or it failed to shut the door completely. Robbie told me over the phone that the service man he sent out should have never installed that opener, that it was a piece of junk and he would have never sold it to me. He said I would need another one at a cost of "around $1500, minus what you already paid". After 3 weeks of getting out of my car in sub zero temps to open and shut the door by hand, I agreed to pay the cost of the additional work and I asked for an exact quote." He never got back to me with a quote. After repeated attempts to reach him, I finally had to contact another garage door company to fix his shoddy work. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. They are unreliable, unprofessional and do not stand behind their work.

I found Robert's Garage Door Professionals on Angie's List after trying to get estimates from 2 other companies. Robbie came out and did an estimate and was very thorough in explaining what was wrong and what they would do to repair the gate. It took about a week and a half for them to work me into their schedule, but they called periodically to let me know they were working on scheduling. John came out, made the repairs, had to buy more parts (extra $100), but when he left the gate was operational. John came back because the remotes weren't working and fixed that problem and he also used a sledge hammer to get a brick out from under that gate path. They were very courteous and friendly, and knowledgeable. John explained how to operate the gate motor to my son in great detail. I would definitely use them again.

Went well. Only issue was the invoice didn't get billed for a couple of months.

The repairman was very proficient. He replaced both springs and got the door back in service within an hour. He did try,a little too much, to upsell me to a new spring system. That is my only gripe with the company

My voice mail was returned in less than 10 minutes. Robert took me through some questions over the phone and we determined no visit was needed; he offered some advice about what bulbs to avoid and lo and behold, it was the bulb choice. ( incandescent is best). I appreciate the fact that the phone Q+A saved a trip and a repair charge for me. This is the 4th time I have used Robert's - they are my go-to garge door company.

On one of the coldest days at the end of January, our garage door would not open because one of the cables had come off its pulley at the top of the door frame. I called Robert's, and within a few minutes they committed to sending out someone within an hour. About 40 minutes later, one of their repair techs - Aaron - called me and told me he was on his way. He arrived about 10 minutes later. He had it all fixed in about 25 minutes, explained the problem and repair thoroughly to me, and did a quick check of my second (working) garage door. Overall fantastic service - very professional and expert. Can't rate them highly enough!

At 1:30 in the afternoon, I returned home and found that the overhead door wouldn't not operate. I could hear the motor running but the cable did not move. I called Robert's and they sent a technician out that day, (it was only 10 degrees outside!). the technician replaced a stripped gear on a unit that was 20 years old. The work was performed quickly and efficiently and was completed only 2 hours after I had initially called. Very amazing to deal with such a responsive company.

Our spring broke this morning, garage door would not open. I called and 'Robby' answered, very polite, said George would call back in 10 minutes. He did, he said he could come in 1 hr. Right on time, professional. quick assessment, explained all. Price seemed fair although I am no expert but I needed this fixed quick. He had a replacement spring with him. Fast work and walked me through everything he fixed. Awesome. Will use again if needed for sure!

The repairman showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem, fixed it. He showed me the damaged part and explained the problem. Fast and efficient.

The owner came out very quickly and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes. I couldn't have asked for a quicker turnaround. He did a good job of explaining the problem and price. Then he fixed it quickly. Overall great experience.

Super. I've used Robert's Garage Pros twice. Both times they have been very solid with their work. They may come off a little unprofessional with a laid back attitude, but they are ALL business once the clock is ticking. [Please know, they are NOT discourteous.] My opener broke during the cold weather and they were able to get a repairman out quickly. He looked at what was needed and gave me three options from which to choose. After I made the decision as to how I wanted to proceed, he gave me a time schedule and installed the opener, aligned the electric eyes, upgraded the tracks, lubed the rails, and cleaned my garage. Except for that last part, everything was done quickly, perfectly, and continues to work well through the polar vortex and beyond.

Arrived on time and did the job well for a reasonable price. A follow-up was necessary and they were responsive and charged me nothing

they were professional and fixed it as they said they would. i was the landlord, and he met with the tenant to get it fixed and sent me the bill. i felt it was good value for money and i appreciated they didn't go for the hard sell of a whole new door when just springs were needed.

When I called for service, the person I spoke with was responsive and polite. The appointment was scheduled quickly and the workman arrived on time. He explained what was needed, the time it would take and offered alternatives (i.e. he could change the gear part which would cost approximately $150 and I could expect the part to last at least two years; or he could replace the motor which would cost approximately $300+ and would last at least five years.) I opted for the first option, The repair took approximately 20 minutes and the representative showed me the part that he replaced. He provided excellent work, so much so, that I referred the company and workman to one of my friends. I also advised my friend to join Angie's list. I received a discount (Angie's List). I was very pleased with this company and the workman who came was referable.

I had a great experience. He came quickly, solved my problem and I went to work. The price was fine and his responsiveness was very good.
