They installed a new garage door. Their prices were reasonable and they delivered and installed the garage door on time.

The technician called to confirm appoint. Arrived on time. Introduced himself. Asked me to provide details on the problem with the garage door?the spring had come down. The technician showed me the cable had broken which is what caused the problem, explained how he would fix it and gave me an estimated. The job was completed in about 20 minutes. I was very happy with this company and would definitely use them again.

My garage door broke and I wasn't sure what was wrong, but I thought I could probably use a tune-up as well, since I'd never done it after 10 years. So I got their special for an $89 tune up plus an additional 10% off parts for any other work, which I knew there would be once they figured out what had broken exactly. They were prompt, courteous and I felt like I got a good deal.

Very quick. No nonsense. Clearly explained everything and the costs.

They were very helpful, were able to get to my condo the same day I called, had the part, and fixed the opener. I used my Angie's list discount and they emailed me my receipt. Flawless transaction, professional service, I would absolutely call again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was excellent. George was very pleasant and explained to me what he was doing. I could not be happier. The door works quietly and perfectly. The Big Deal rice was excellent.

Door noticably is smoother and quieter. Asked for a possible add-on service. Technician was honest and showed me that teh unit was actually working properly and that repair was not needed

Nick was professional during the entire time. They had quoted in early March and I had to leave before the work was able to get started. I called them up and they were able to squeeze me in (2 day notice) and get it done quickly (2 hours) and for the same price. Nick even spent time explaining how to use it to my father who has some issues with power buttons. I would gladly use them again, but their work lasts so I do not know when that would be.

I called Robert 's Garage Door Professionals to make an appointment to have the broken garage door springs replaced. I spoke to John a very nice fellow, customer focused and pleasant on the phone . I was so pleased when he assured me that the problem will be fixed that same day I called. He told me that George will be at the site right after the job he was on. George showed up, a very nice fellow, pleasant , friendly and polite. He showed a lot of experience and knowledge in fixing the problem explaining to me what he was doing. He also replaced the steel rollers to nylon and straightened the tracks. He did an excellent job and a fast and thorough worker. I will definitely and highly recommend the company. I will call them again if the need arises.

They were prompt on getting back to us by phone, were punctual with their on-site appointments, and the prices for their work was competitive, which is why we chose them. The rep that arrived to assess the work to be performed had a good demeanor. They were also go about coming back to perform adjustments right a week or two after the work was done. My garage door spring broke at 3pm on a weekday. I called Robert's Garage Door Professionals and George arrived to my house in just over two hours from my initial call. He was very professional and quickly assessed and fixed the broken springs. I would have expected to pay much more for such a prompt, thorough and professional service. I will recommend Robert's to anyone who needs garage door repairs or install.

Robbie installed a new garage door and opener for me a couple of years ago. Did a great job. I asked for them to come out fix a door opener and an estimate to replace the other door. I'm a repeat customer. Pay cash. Pretty sure I didn't offend him. And am dumbfounded that Robbie chose not to do business with him. So, Robbie your competitor made $1500. You didn't .

The service man was very accommodating, efficient and did the job with good humor in spite of the zero degree weather. He stuck to his estimate which was reasonable.

Yes we did and they were good. Yes, yes, very, very good my husband is saying. They actually told us we didn’t need a new garage door opener all we need was a new pad. They actually save us the money from going out to get a full brand new garage door opener system. The guy said, no you don’t need that all you need is the pad. We will put a new pad for you. Yeah, they are very, very nice. It’s been a while when they did the service. Honestly, I don’t even remember. I am going to say it had to be more like early fall/September. It cost not much. I thought it was gonna be like a whole new system. I remember the way I said it was in a whole new system that we needed. I mean, seriously, they could have sold us the whole new garage door opener system and they didn’t. All they said what we needed is a little pad that they will put in the wall – to type in the code and I want to say it was less than a $150. It was very, very reasonable. The kid that came out I mean he was up and done in 20 minutes or half hour at the most and oiled up the rollers on the sides of the door, check everything else and everything else was fine. At the most I am going to say 20 minutes. He changed everything else for us. Got both of our garage door openers working correctly and it was fine. Everything was fine. Absolutely, we will use them again.

Robbie was very fast and accommodating in scheduling the service (within a couple of days of placing the order). Aaron showed up exactly on time and gave a thorough assessment of the garage condition and the servicing he would provide. The work was completed very promptly and Aaron went even further by pointing out a few things to watch for in the future. I strongly recommend Robert's for any garage door service needs and will certainly plan to use them again if needed.

I loved them. They were good. When I called them, they came out the same day, they installed my door about 3 years ago, and then we had problems with it recently, and they were able to fix my door for a minimum cost. I would recommend them. I found them on Angie's List. I have not had a bad experience. I thought the price was competitive.
