Fantastic.

I called to request carpet cleaning for two bedrooms and an area rug in my condo. Ross was able to schedule me for an appointment on the next day. He showed up at the time we had agreed upon and got to work right away. He is very professional, and focused on delivering a quality service. The method he used is apparently a "dry" carpet cleaning method so we did not have to go through extra lengths to ventilate or soak up any excess moisture. In fact, the carpets had dried completely within a matter of hours. He returned the following business day to apply scotch guard to the carpets at my request. He finished in almost exactly the amount of time he had promised and charged us exactly what he had quoted. Overall, I was pleased with his service and would hire him again.

Didn't expect stains to be removed but he managed to get them out. Technique allowed for a faster dry time too. Company owner who did the job obviously cares about the end result. Also appreciated a phone call to discuss the job ahead of time rather than an impersonal email quote.

I have a Berber carpet in and Ross did an excellent job. My carpet looks beautiful and I would definitely hire Ross again.

This was 20-year old carpet that had never been cleaned with lipstick, dirt, nail polish and pet stains. They cleaned thoroughly under the beds as well as in the closets. It looked really nice when it was done. It had a little bit of a medicinal smell but it was worth it!

Very well. Ross confirmed his arrival time the night before, then he called in the morning and confirmed the time of his arrival. He called for parking info when he reached my building. Excellent communicator. Ross asked questions about the area to be cleaned and then explained what he would do. (I had sent photos of the rooms via text when I originally set up the appointment.) He was thorough, even wanted to go over an area after he had finished - but I didn't see a problem and told him it wasn't necessary. I had to talk him out of it! My carpets are beautiful and I recommend him without reservation. My carpet hadn't been cleaned in 3 years. It's a high thick quality rug and it looks BRAND NEW.

He was very good. He responded to my phone call and showed up on-time. He did a good job overall. I have nothing but good things to say about him.

Its a very light carpet that was highly spotted. The great thing about Ross is that we live in a big building in the center but he was able to get self contained equipment, not attached to anything, to clean. First thing he did was sweeping the carpet so when putting the solution there wouldn't be too much dirt. The light carpet hasn't looked this good in a really long time. He did a great effort. I was happy with his work.

It went very well. I called them back and explained around a couple chairs it was wet hours later. He said it was because they moved them, just to give it some time. Everything else was dried up and very clean.

He was wonderful and the carpet looks terrific. The carpets were dry in 3 hours. We were placing furniture back in some rooms before he even left. It wasn't toxic to my pet, the machinery was so quiet, she never even gave it thought. It was 10x quieter than my vacuum cleaner.
