Found through Angi’s and the whole team was great. Discussed all possible options and kept us updated on everything through the process. Would definitely use again but god help me if my basement floods again my wife will kill me.

Paul and his team were extremely responsive and flexible. Our basement unit flooded and they were the first company to get out to start the mitigation process after many attempts at getting other companies out to our property. I know they were busy too because he was working until 10-11pm. Everything was done by the book and the job was completed as per his words.

Went great, they were respectful, fast, and accommodating without cutting corners. They addressed all of my concerns and worked with me.

Restoration 1 came out very quickly and started the clean-up after small flood in my basement. They did a phenomenal job quickly addressing the problem, cleaning up the damage, and most importantly the water removal so that I didn't have replace my hardwood floors. Absolutely recommend using them.

We had water damage in our family room ceiling from a leak upstairs and Restoration1 was extremely responsive and knowledgeable and fixed our problem immediately; saving us a lot of trouble and money down the road. They are wonderful. Will definitely use them again!
