The service went well, but we're having problems with the water in the bathroom tub and it's not coming out very fast. Past of the deal sold to us was that we were going to have greater water pressure in the house and we don't have any difference in the water pressure than before. They did a great job, but I don't see any improvement over water we had. Everything went fine. The guys had a great crew, they did great work, they were quick, they were clean and I can't complain about what they did. I just complain that the water flow in the bathroom in the tub is not good and you turn water on one side of the house and you turn something else on and it has noticeably dropped the pressure. They do good work. With the salesperson you probably want to be very clear that he is being very truthful about what he is selling you and make sure that everything is working as promised before they leave.

They worked for around 2 days. They came back pretty quickly to fix a leak and I feel that they were a bit expensive for what they did.

First of all stay away from this company. I can't say that the water pressure is all that great after the install. We now are having problems with the pump after 2 years with it never shutting off. I am getting the run around from both repiping specialist and the contractor they used Greg Hannah. No on wants to call us back and when they do each of them blame the other person. It now seems that the contractor Greg Hannah says that the pump they installed isn't all that great for city water and wants to sell us a better pump at an additional cost of course. The original pump that we have is warrantied through the manufacture itself but the labor from the contractor is not. Which could cost anywhere from $250.00 to $400.00 to repair. I feel as though this was the worse investment we ever did to try and improve our water pressure. Once I get this fixed which I have no choice but to go through Greg Hannah because they are the ones who installed it. I wiill never use them again nor the contractor he uses. Stay away, horrible investment!

The repiping experience went very well. Cost was much less than hiring a plumber to do the same job - if, indeed, one company could do it all! True to their word, there was no included charge for the replastering where the walls had necessarily been broken into. There were several different crews, depending upon the work which had to be performed, but there was one man in charge the entire time. He came over several weeks before the actual job to look over the home, schedule a date with us, tell us what he would need done before that day and what we should expect. During the height of the construction, there were probably close to 10 plumbers running around the house. They made sure that at the end of the day we would always have hot and cold running water and a working toilet. Be aware that this is a major construction project which will involve breaking through a number of walls. But when it was completed - the whole thing took close to 5 full days - everything was back together, including the walls covering all of those fresh water pipes. It remained only for us to do some minor painting, but construction dust was kept to a minimum.

Last year we decided to do something about our inadequate water pressure. We have an older home and all of the pipes were clogged. We called Repipe and David came out to talke to us. While talking with him, we decided to also have the bathroom remodeled. The bathroom walls were stripped to the studs(tile and plaster walls), 2 layers of floor tile removed and all of the original fixtures taken out. All of the debris was removed from the premises. The crews were meticulous in their cleanup. They used the garage to cut drywall and tile and swept it clean. In the house, drop cloths were all over the floor. At the end of the day they vacuumed the carpets and floors. New drywall, tile, electric, exhaust fans, all new fixtures, cabinets and accessories and painting done without any problems. All I had to do was hang the towels. I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product or the crews who worked on our home.

I heard about them on WGN radio, and was pleased with their service. First an estimator came out and measured the piping and explained what would be done. They provided me with a contract for the work with a quoted price that seemed like a very fair price for the amount of work. Once I signed the contract, the plumber came out and inspected the area that would be worked on and scheduled the days that the work would be done. They were able to repipe the entire house and repatch the walls in 2 days. They were efficient and neat considering the amount of work that was done. I was concerned because the walls in my house are plaster, but the repatching was done remarkably well. I am very satisfied with the service.

The price was very affordable and they cleaned up well after themselves. Three or four people came out to do the work and it took about 2 days to complete since they had to put back in drywall where they put the pipe through.

The job itself ran rather smooth. They left on Friday. Within 48 hours all of the drains in my house were clogged. I paged repipe when the kitchen happened and Greg from repipe said it was a coincidence. I had no proof otherwise. I asked him to rod the drain. He said he would have to charge me and couldn't get anyone out till Monday. I couldn't live with that and called Roto Rooter. They cleared the kitchen sink, then while he was leaving the bathroom sink clogged and they did that too. Now I am up to an additional $700. On Sunday, 11/17, I went to take a shower and the tub clogged. I called Roto Rooter again and they felt sorry for me and didn't charge me. In the meantime I called Repipe and they were going to page someone, no one called. The contractor, Greg, even accused me of trying to pull something. He told me that he has the money and I couldn't do anything. The kicker was on 11/23, they sent Pedro to patch my bathroom sink wall. He did that but left a leaking pipe and broke my cabinet magnets. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHY ALL THE DRAINS IN MY HOUSE CLOGGED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE JOB AND I WANT REPIPE TO PAY FOR ROTO ROOTER AND MY TIME AND LABOR. I wouldn't recommend thes people to change a hose. Their customer service was non-existant and I felt like I was being treated awful for a customer.

Our house is apx 70 yrs old with original pluming. We have had issues with low water pressure, drain leeks, and needing to clean out faucet cartridges and screens often. Our water heater was 35 yrs old. We called for a quote and there response was great. We met with David and he was extremely helpful with ideas and recommendations. We also had been contemplating remodeling the bathroom.. David was able to arrange all the re piping and remodeling at the same time.The crews removed the old pipes (loaded with rust and crud.)and installed the new pipes and fixtures Our bathroom was completely taken down to the bare studs. The crews removed all the garbage and installed new drywall(walls and ceiling) ,new tub, new floor and wall tile, vanity, sink, lights, fan etc.The also painted the walls. The people working for repipe specialists where very courtious and considerate. They did there work with the least amount of disruption ,dust,dirt etc. Clean up was exceptional (they even vacuumed other rooms they did not work in ). The quality of the re pipe and the bathroom remodel where GREAT! We couldn't have been happier. I feel we realy got our moneys worth. The people at repipe specialsts should take great pride in ther employees . It shows there are still some company's and workers who take great pride and quality in the work they do. They also had a great 0 intrest financeing plan available. We where totally satisfied and happy with the whole experience. I would recomend them to everyone.

SCAM ALERT! Estimate earlier in year was a bit expensive. Waited until they advertised and quot;20% off and free tankless water heaterand quot;. Called to have system done, but refused to honor advertising. New, Snakey salesmen refused to provide new estimate, said water heater would cost $4000 alone.

We had to have complete repiping of our water lines done. It was a big job but went really well. They were very nice and professional. Also very prompt. We would use them again if we had to but hopefully not. Not personal they were great, couldn't have asked for more.

It turned out fine. They were good. They were very prompt. They did what they were supposed to do for the price they quoted.

They were excellent. They showed up on time. They completed it in less time than they said they would. They were all professional, classy plumbers.

I was pleased with how everything turned out. They were flexible to reschedule after the closing date on the house sale kept changing. The finished all the repipe work in one day, and the drywall crew came to patch the next day. The only thing I would have preferred they do differently was use flexible connectors on the water heater to make replacement easier. The price couldn't be beat. However, I've since learned (from a friend to whom a recommended Repipe Specialists) that the salesman who quoted my job was later fired for giving lowball quotes. So don't expect to get the same deal.

It turned out very well. They came in and their crew was knowledgeable. They were very helpful. I've recommended them to people that I know.

They are coming out to do the work next week and their quote was for $8,000.00. There is nobody else in my area that does this kind of work. So far they have not proved me wrong in calling them in the first place and although their price is high I don't think it is higher than anybody else's who does that kind of work would be.

After Scotts review the Horatio and his team arrived the next morning on time and started right to work. It took a total of about 5 hours and the water pressure is amazing. They were professional and clean and exceeded my husbands expectations. yeah

Scott came out and gave us a very clear estimate. He was well prepared, knowledgable, friendly and thorough, and gave us a figure right there on the spot. No hard sell. Horatiu was the supervisor on the actual job. He did a walkthrough with us a week before the job and was, like Scott, very thorough and attentive. At the end of the walkthrough, he gave us a timetable and broke down what tasks would be performed on what days, what their arrival times would be, and what we could expect regarding the availability of water, etc. On all these details, Horatiu and his team were right on the money. This might be the first time in history that a contractor actually kept his word, start to finish. His team cut holes, re-piped and replastered in an astonishing four days. They kept us informed throughout the process and were as inobtrusive as they could possibly be. Further, every person on the team was courteous and friendly and respectful of our needs and questions. All of the work was of a very high quality, and they took care to be as clean as could be reasonably expected. We recommend Horatiu and Re-pipe Specialists without question. John C.

Scott was the rep from Repipe who sold us the job. He did not communicate with the plumber who actually performed the work (to whom Repipe subcontracts the job). Scott led us to believe it would be straight forward but the plumber thought otherwise and had lots of reservations about cutting into our wood paneling and opening up certain walls. I wish that there had been some communication between those 2 people about how best to do the job. The plumbing crew opened up our walls on aTuesday, and they did not close them up until the following Wednesday. Do not believe the radio commercials that say most homes can be repiped in 1 or 2 days. It took them 8 days to finish our house, mostly because the plumber in charge could not work on 2 of those days for whatever reason. Our house is not big - a 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch with basement. Also, they have to wait for the city inspector to come over and inspect the job before closing the walls. Having them work in our house for 8 days set us behind schedule on some other jobs we wanted to do. That being said, however, the plumber gave me regular updates and did a good job of letting me know how much longer it would be. They cleaned up as well as can be expected, and they were all very polite.

They were fabulous. They cleaned up the place themselves, after the job. They noticed other issues I had and took the same in to consideration. They were reasonably priced and did a good job. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Company specializes in repacing supply pipes, which they did a fine job of. I also needed some drain work. This didn't go quite as well, but they did come back and finish the job.

I did not feel we had a huge change in the water we have upstairs in our bathroom. There was some improvement but I was hoping for more hot water flowing through the pipes on the second floor.
