+ -1 moreWe thought the project would take approximately 6 months. Joe and his team completed everything on our wish list in less than 3. This was our first time working w/ a contractor, and he was honest, punctual, and transparent. Our house is completely transformed and it's all thanks to him. We could not be more pleased with the results and plan on using him for future renovations.
Description of Work: Roof - new shingles and major structural repair Siding (removal of old wood + installation of premium vinyl) Light fence repair and paint touch up New gutters New windows Drywall for 2 ceilings (removal of old tiles) Repair of front deck Plumbing work in basement where the laundry and dryer are connected Installation of handrails Can lighting (x13) in the living and dining room New gutters New doors (x2) Staining of wood on garage to match the new siding color Painted trim exterior Repair of all cracks in the house Interior painting Also recommended central AC installation company who did an awesome job as well.
