Our 1940’s Cape Cod kitchen and bath needed a complete overhaul. Regency was professional from beginning to end, never giving us the impression that our job was too small. Bruce gave us an immediate idea of his plans, the cost, and where to go for tile, fixtures, and appliances. His attitude provided the confidence we sought that Bruce and his people would do an excellent job. Iwona drew up and revised the plans for us, Daltile, Studio 41, and ABT electronics guided us in the selection of tiles, fixtures, and appliances while Sam kept in constant communication answering any questions. Bart and his team (Simon, Merik, Greg, Alex, John and Chris) had specific jobs for which they were responsible, doing expert work as well as cleaning up each day. We are very pleased with the finished kitchen and bath, along with the overall experience. We cannot say enough positive things about Regency, and we highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with Regency from start to finish. When they came to my home to initially come to look at the bathroom, they did a good job looking at the details and measuring out the floor plan in order to provide an accurate, all encompassing bid. I had a couple of bids, and while Regency came in slightly higher ($500-1,000), the service you get is unbeatable. They're responsive, and really want you to be happy with the final product. They don't take over the entire home and really try to contain the work well. You can tell they care about their customers.

Regency remodeled our entire first floor: kitchen, living room, dining room. New cabinets, island, countertops, plumbing, tiles, fireplace, paint, drywall, electric, flooring, painting, stair railing. Opened up walls and created arches with beautiful trims - their woodwork is really good. My wife showed a picture of what she wanted and they delivered it. On time and on budget. We had a small change mid project and they said no problem and that it would take a little extra time - no extra charge - which was nice. They have great vendor contacts for tile, sinks, countertops, electronics, flooring and painting. We took advantage of the discounts and the prices came in lower than with the big box stores. They are not inexpensive...but not expensive either. Definitely worth paying for their quality work . What I really liked was the upfront pricing and statement of work to be done. They had it all planned out step-by-step and made me feel comfortable. Main two points of contact (father and son, Bruce and Sam) were very pleasant to work with. The other guys were nice too, but we did not have much interaction with them.

Our master bath was a 1985 total gut job. In all of my remodeling experience over the years, I have never had a company that proved to be dependable, reliable, and efficient until hiring Regency Remodeling. As a home owner, your biggest fear if being sold a story that does not deliver. Bruce and his team can forever make that a nightmare of the past. My experience with Regency never encompassed the word disappointed. Tom is a master at his craft and takes a lot of pride in his work. The communication between Bruce (owner), Sam (his son) Tom, and us was tremendous as we were all in the loop. This all made the experience great. What put us over the top is the end result, WOW, WOW, WOW it is amazing! We did not know you could be in love with a bathroom! I would strongly recommend the Regency Team, and we can not wait to be the envy of all the neighbors and pass out their business cards! Bruce's entire team was great from the first visit to help me plan the remodel all the way through to the final activities of hanging mirrors and shelves. Everyone did an awesome job and I couldn't be happier with the results. The guys were on time each morning and cleaned up the rooms before leaving each day. Sam did a great job overseeing the entire operation. I highly recommend Regency!

The actual subcontractor worker was good. Dealing with the GC and designer (Keith W.) was a nightmare. Unprofessional, unresponsive and had a bad attitude if you questioned him on anything. Also some questionable business practices. They did not pay their sub unless I paid them first. Which I did give an installment which the sub never saw any of it. Strung him along. After asking for lien waivers, they tried telling me they didn't have to provide one for the sub and wanted me to pay without it. They finally paid the sub and only after that was I going to write a check. Keith was all over the place. Told me he ordered my cabinet, when he didn't (it was last minute). Was a no-show on several occasions (no phone call either). Never picked up last installment payments when he was supposed to, never checked on the progress of my job, and never did a final walkthrough. When he finally personally came to pick up the final check he never checked the work that the sub did. Wasn't even interested in checking anything. Needless to say if something were to ever go wrong with my bathroom, I'm sure they would not even respond. I would NEVER recommend these people. Run, don't walk away from this company. Beware!

They quoted me, I think, just for labor, like, $14,500 for the expense of my kitchen. The quality wasn’t bad. They just didn’t seem to be sense of urgency, that’s all.

Ultimately, we are satisfied with the outcome. It took a little longer than we had hoped, especially since we didn't have a shower, but they were polite and responsive to our wishes.

The bathroom was a gut-rehab. A new shower stall was built. New tiles on the walls. New toilet, sink, vanity. I chose this company b/c Bruce (the salesperson/ project manager) 1) had access to the upscale type of materials I was looking for, and 2) he worked diligently to establish a relationship with both me & my partner.

Bruce and his team (led by Arthur in house) were very professional and were able to get started on our project right away (which was great news for us). The project had it's share of issues (as does any other), but Bruce was attentive to our needs, was quick to respond to these issues, and made a reasonable effort to correct these situations as they came up. Bruce worked well with us on timing, picking out materials, and giving us direction in terms of where to go and who to work with in order to get the right design elements into our home. In conclusion while everything is not perfect (and as in life it never will be), Bruce and his team did everything I would expect from a contractor to help ensure we were satisfied. They always picked up the phone, and never once ran away from a problem. The high level of customer service was appreciated and we would use Bruce again.

We had a tight time line from start of project in April to finish in late August. We had the kitchen and 3 bathrooms gutted for a complete remodel. In addition, we installed 8 new windows, a patio door and hardwood floors throughout the 1st floor. Regency was able to complete this big project on time. There were some issues along the way but we were able to get everything resolved since there was constant and prompt communication. We are completely satisfied with the result of the project and so far Regency has been very responsive for minor fixes after completion of the project. We selected Regency because they were the most prompt in quoting our project and were able to provide us design ideas from prior projects that helped us to decide on the final design. We are happy with the work completed and will definitely work with them on future projects on our house.

We couldn’t be happier with the work done by Regency on our first family home. We needed a major kitchen remodel and some other related electrical and plumbing work. We were overwhelmed with where and how to begin. I had a good feeling about Regency from the first phone call to ask for an initial estimate. I spoke with someone immediately (PJ) and he was not only friendly but set us up for an initial meeting with Bruce as soon as possible. Bruce walked us through our options and was refreshingly upfront about costs and honest about what was needed and what was optional. We had an old oddly shaped kitchen and Bruce and the kitchen designer Iwona came up with designs that maximized use of the space while keeping things open and inviting. Seriously – I love everything from the lighting, the newly framed window with sink and pendant light, to the cabinets with space saving ideas that I would have never thought of. Bruce helped us navigate what to look at with the venders and how to stay within our budget. When it came time for work to start, the team was FANTASTIC, especially Greg. Everyone was polite and extremely detail oriented with their work. Even the inspectors complemented the work during inspection. That’s another reason that we’re so happy with Regency. They do the work correctly, to code, and you don’t need to stress about it later. We have been so pleased with the kitchen work that we’re about to have Regency remodel the laundry room. So, Regency is solid enough that we’re already repeat customers.

The project went well with Bruce and the Regency team delivering everything that we asked for. By choosing to work with Bruce & Regency we got access to his vendors which saved us a significant amount. There was also the added benefit that regency worked directly with the vendors to coordinate delivery of everything. The crew that Regency had doing the work in our house was very nice and was respectful of the property and the neighbors. Luke was the manager of the job and he did a great job coordinating with us and working with the carpenters to make sure that everything was getting done right. Whenever there was an y kind of problem the Regency team was quick to get it resolved and always put us first. Overall we are very happy with everything and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Regency to anyone looking to do work on their home.

Bruce and his crew were great! The bathroom turned out beautiful and we are loving the new space. Friends and family have also commented on how great it turned out. The crew showed up on time, and were great about cleaning up and protecting the home. We could not have been happier with the recommendations for tile, fixtures, glass, stone, etc which Bruce put us in contact with. A pleasure to deal with, and would definitely hire again for other future projects. Being a home inspector by trade, I was skeptical that any contractor could live up to my standards and attention to details. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out.

Bruce and his team at Regency did a great job on our kitchen remodeling project and we really enjoyed working with them! They were professional, friendly, and thorough. Their kitchen designer showed great attention to detail, the vendors they worked with provided quality materials, and the crew was outstanding. Communication was excellent throughout the process. They provided a proposal for the total cost up front, and although it was a little more than we initially wanted to spend, it was nice to have a guarantee that the project would not exceed this amount. We are very happy with our new kitchen and I will definitely consider using them for future remodeling projects! I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors!

We had two bathrooms gutted and retiled using Regency Home. I have a third bathroom that needs to be done and I will not be calling Regency Home Remodeling to bid on it. 1. Lacks attention to detail. In both cases there were errors in the quantity of tile they ordered. In the case of the master bath, it delayed the project a bit. Wrong color grout was used. 2. Brand new master vanity was installed and had some scratches/dents. 3. In both bathrooms some of the installed tile had scratches. 4. Both bathrooms went way over original timeframe projections. In one case they had a staffing issue whereby the person working on our project stopped showing up. 5. Paint jobs were subpar. If you want a good paint job, hire a painting company that will actually prep the walls. 6. Some messy corners with grout and caulk. 7. Their estimates for Customer Purchases Materials are too low. There were some areas whereby I knew I would be over estimates (e.g. we purchased glass tile and natural stone), but the drain recommended at their preferred vendor was way over their estimate.At least get that right! I felt unless you shop at Home Depot, you will go over Bruce' estimates. I picked white quartz counters because they should have been less than marble, and I was still way over budget for that line item. Do not expect name brands (eg Grohe) with their estimates. 8. I did not feel there was any project management or open communication regarding work being performed. 9. They spot set tiles in the 2nd bathroom. I'm afraid of the longevity of this bathroom. Google spot setting and tell your contractor not to do it.

Short version: I have nothing but raves for Bruce and his team. They were great, I got a touch of HGTV crazy, I was talked back to reality, and I am beyond pleased with my final product. Also, I think it is really important to note that he was the only contractor I met with that didn’t play games or ask me to do the work without permits. The three other gentlemen I met with, who were all approved through Angie’s List and Home Advisor, were all pushing to work without permits or didn’t even bring it up until I asked. Bruce and I were on the same page about how it had to be done properly and legally. It wasn’t a question, which spoke to the credibility of both him and Regency. These guys know what they are doing. Long story: I have a small tri-level house with only one shared full bathroom upstairs with an additional vanity area and sink in the master. Bruce was able to take that space and turn it into two BEAUTIFUL full bathrooms. He was there with me and walked me through every step, including my panicked midnight emails asking stupid questions, which he assured me were not stupid… they were. He dealt with all of my indecision and gave opinions every time that I asked. Bruce got me quotes for my outlandish ideas, but he also talked me down from the crazy ones with basic logic. I am a first time homeowner, I have lived in my house for five years, I hate change, and I had NO IDEA what I was in for or what I really wanted. Logic didn’t seem to be in my repertoire. From looking at the drawings, I couldn’t picture what they could really do. I came home on day one to my bedroom completely closed off with plastic (picture Dexter or American Psycho) and a giant open space that was ripped from the roof down to the studs. That was when the fear set in. What had I done? How could this go back together? When will I be able to shower in my own home again?! It came together steadily day by day. The guys that Bruce had working on my job were fantastic- Greg was always so happy, even when I asked him to flip something (vanity lights) upside down just so I could see how they looked the other way… He was right. Whether they knew it or not, I checked my ADT app daily to see what time they arrived. They were there by 8:10 every morning and still there when I got home from work. They even worked on some Saturdays because I stressed that I really wanted this all done before Thanksgiving. We finished the project ahead of schedule, and I could not be more thrilled with the results. I love every aspect. I had no idea there were so many decisions involved in a project of this magnitude. Bruce hooked me up with the best people that were honestly a pleasure to work with. Cara from Daltile, Arthur from Studio 41, and Jr. from Tip Top Glass were unbelievable. Jr. even came out to meet me at my house at 7am before I had to go to work to measure my showers, and he sent me pictures as soon as installation was complete since I wasn’t there. All I can say to the entire team is thank you so much for the enormous difference you made in the look and function of my home.

I felt I was in good hands. Bruce and his crew helped me understand the entire process by constant communication. The workers were always on time, and I felt at ease when they were working while I wasn't there. The job was quoted to take 8 weeks, but only took 5. The vendors Bruce recommended were fantastic.

The job took a little over 6 weeks and I could not be happier with the finished product. I had a vision of what I wanted it to look like and they went above and beyond.

All went well. When there was an issue, someone came to fix/address it. The new kitchen is gorgeous. :)

Bruce and his team were great. Involved from design through finish. Bruce showed us multiple design options. Bruce runs the project and communicates the entire way. The quality of work was excellent and I would use them again tomorrow and certainly will when we have our next bathroom project. We did a complete gut job on our master bath and had a lot of tile work and it looks fantastic.

It could not have gone better. The small bath was done on schedule and within budget. it was completely gutted and rebuilt. The project took about a week and turned out beautifully. The Master Bath/Kitchen project took around 6 weeks. I expected it to take around 10, so I was pleasantly surprised with the timeline. We worked with Bruce Pinsler, who set the price upfront and this was adhered to outside of scope changes. The pricing on everything we did was fair, and the work was performed to a very high standard. We worked with all of Bruce's recommended vendors, which made things very easy. He coordinated quantities and delivery date, and there were no hiccups in the process. If I had a question, Bruce answered it in a few hours. If there was an issue, it was taken care of quickly. I could write a million things about how great they were, but what it boils down to is they were professional, honest, and GOOD at what they do. As a perfectionist, I appreciate good work! I shy away from hiring out projects since my believe is nobody else will care about my house as much as I do. In this case the work was performed as if it was their own house. If you have hesitations on hiring Regency, you shouldn't. Bruce is great, and his team is great.

A few months ago I reviewed Regency on my kitchen remodeling project, rating them "A" across the board, and indicated I was thinking of doing a bathroom remodel with them. Well, I decided to go for it, and we have now finished a total gut job remodel of my 1960’s era bathroom. I couldn’t be happier! Bruce and the guys at Regency Home Remodeling did a fantastic job. As before, Bruce was very helpful in making suggestions and helping me get a vision of the finished project. He helped me make budget-conscious selections along the way, and even steered me to the perfect set of vanity light fixtures that I probably would not have found on my own. Once again, no time was wasted by his crew, who did a solid professional job and kept to the timeline Bruce gave me at the outset. Bruce and his guys even did custom modifications for me, recessing a vanity tower into the wall to give me more counter space, and building a laundry chute door that is not only functional but very sharp looking. As with any large complex job, a few minor problems came up along the way, but were promptly and cheerfully resolved to my complete satisfaction. If I had any more home remodeling projects to do, Regency would be the company I would call on without a moment‘s hesitation. Once again a 5 star/A+ job!!! Highly recommended!!

The bid was very competitive, we encountered no unexpected additional expenses and everything was completed well before the contracted time estimation. Regency's designer Iwona was a pleasure to work with and did a great job helping us find creative resolutions that best fit our needs & sense of style. This was true of Regency's third party vendor referrals as well & we enjoyed considerable savings on appliances, hardware & tile. The highly experienced crew included skilled electrical, flooring, cabinetry and paint specialists, all of whom did a great job and were always punctual, tidy, accommodating & polite. We intend to use Regency for other remodeling projects and highly recommend them to all. They are a great company with a fantastic team of honest, friendly, customer focused people. Hire them, you will be glad you did.
