Description of Work: Complete gut of 2 bathrooms. Rerouted plumbing to prevent freezing pipes. Master bath separated tub and shower, moved some small wall sections, relocated sink. | |Had a few problems in the process. Some of the problems were my fault, some the product suppliers and some Regency's. But all of them were worked through without any problems or cost changes. When they give you a price and say they will stick to it, they mean it. | |Love the results.

Description of Work: Rich, Terry and the rest of the crew built us a 24x24 garage in March of 2014. Rich was extremely attentive to all of the details in the planning stages and if there was an issue it was taken care of immediately. Rich was not only the salesman, but he was here for the first week making sure the concrete work was completed and was not afraid of getting his hands dirty. Terry did a phenomenal job scheduling the other contractors and keeping me updated as well. We had one issue with the electrical that could not be corrected until the spring of 2015 due to the weather, but Terry was right on top of it as soon as it was possible to do it. Regency did a fantastic job for us!!!

Description of Work: Regency did a wonderful number on my master bath remodel.

Description of Work: They totally redid my kitchen. Price above included labor -- appliances, tile, counter top, sink, faucet, cabinets, lights were purchased from recommended vendors at discounted prices. The time from beginning of demolition to having a functional kitchen again was 3 weeks. Getting the punch-list items completed took longer.

Description of Work: We contracted Regency to remodel both of our bathrooms, the first was completed last fall. The master was completed this spring. While they are not the cheapest quote you will get, the quality of the work is worth the price. The contractors were always on time and friendly and cleaned up at the end of each day. Both Bruce and his crew's primary concern is that you are happy when the work is complete.

Description of Work: We completely gutted the master bath, moved a wall with door to create a master suite. Added a complete full bath upstairs with a finished walk in closet. Replaced the 32"front door with a 34" complete door with security storm door. Replaced the side door assembly. Repaired the front bay window and replaced all the siding, sofet, facia and gutter system on the front of the house. Replaced vanity and installed new with banjo style stone top in guest bathroom. Repaired the back door and replaced all siding and gutters on the garage.

Description of Work: My kitchen had to be torn down from floor to rafters. The rest of my house was protected from dust and debris, and workers were in every day. They were far more meticulous than I would have been. Bruce Pinsler was the contractor we worked with. He offered supplier choices and made VERY helpful suggestions, and was understanding about my cost concerns. My instinct is to go as frugally as possible, and he helped me to see that quality was more important. He also understood that I did not want to spend hours choosing things, and provided me with amenities I did not even know existed. My kitchen is beautiful. I am so glad that we went with Regency Home Remodeling.
