Very well. Worked with Howard and his guys before and they are excellent at being on time and doing what was promised & being considerate and helpful to residents and your home. Don't disappear for days. Work was top notch again and on time. They were good at rolling with surprises and working out least expensive solutions where possible.

I left a message for Howard and he called a few days later. I set up a time for him to come and meet with my husband and I. I met him on the street and introduced myself and started to show him some of the work before my husband got there. He seemed a little disinterested. Then when my husband got there his attitude changed slightly. Then he took measurements and stayed for about 45 minutes to take mesaurements. He never sent a quote and never called to follow-up, so I am assuming that he didn't want the job.

Amazing. Howard is extremely professional, responsible, and considerate. We managed to live in our home while the renovation was being done and everything was done with the least bit of discomfort for us. Everything was finished according to schedule with the exception of some extra add-ons we had requested. We will not hesitate to use Redstone for future projects.

Howard was very flexible about scheduling, and was prompt when we needed to meet with him to discuss something on site. Their bid was on par with others we received. Their crew was considerate and professional. They responded to concerns and corrected things as requested. He was also proactive about making suggestions but we didn't feel he was trying to pad the job, e.g., he noticed a storm window that was deteriorating and suggested replacing it.

Howard and his crew were professional, on-time and on-budget. We have dealt with many contractors over the years. Howard and his crew were at the top of those I would use again. I would recommend Redstone without question.

I called Howard Rothstein twice to get an estimate. He called me back once, & in the middle of the call told me he had another call & hung up on me. He never followed up on that call. Very unprofessional.

HOWARD WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, A MAN OF FEW WORDS, YET SEEMED TO UNDERSTAND THE COMPLEXITY OF THE WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED HIS BID, IT'S BEEN TWO WEEKS.

HAD HOWARD OUT FOR A BID AFTER THREE WEEKS OF ATTEMPTING TO FIND A TIME. WORKED UP A BID FOR THE JOB ON THE SPOT AND WAS REASONABLY FLEXIBLE WITH HIS COSTS. HE SEEMED VERY CAPABLE OF PERFORMING THE WORK AS REQUESTED, HOWEVER WE WENT WITH A CONTRACTOR WE KNEW A LITTLE BETTER. WOULD CERTAINLY CALL HOWARD ABOUT OTHER WORK.

EXCEEDINGLY KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH GREAT INFORMATION!

GAVE US GOOD DIRECTION ON WHERE TO PICK THINGS OUT AND WAS VERY FLEXIBLE ABOUT TIMING OF FINISHING THE PROJECTS BECAUSE OF ITEMS WE NEEDED TO PICK OUT. HOWARD WAS ON TIME FOR OUR INITIAL MEETING AND TOOK GREAT NOTES. HE DELIVERED THE BID (PRACTICALLY UNHEARD OF TO EVEN GET THEM TO SHOW UP BUT TO PUT IT IN WRITING; WOW!) AND WALKED ME THROUGH IT. HE WENT ON VACATION BUT WE TALKED ABOUT 3 TIMES WHILE HE WAS AWAY. WHEN THE JOB STARTED HE WAS HERE AND THE 2 GUYS THAT DID THE WORK FOR US WERE GREAT; HERE EARLY, NO SMOKING, VERY POLITE, NO MESS LEFT BEHIND AND EVEN DID SOME EXTRA THINGS FOR ME LIKE SECURING TOWEL RACKS, ETC. THE WORK LOOKS GREAT AND WAS FINISHED ON TIME. WE ARE HAVING HIM BID OUR KITCHEN RIGHT NOW AND PLAN ON USING HIM BECAUSE HE IS THOROUGH AND RELIABLE BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY THE WORK LOOKS GREAT! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY PROJECT.

HOWARD AND HIS CREW ARE ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE CONSISTENTLY ON TIME, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THIS TIME THEY LITERALLY WORKED AROUND ME AND OUR INFANT DAUGHTER. HOWARD'S BID FOR OUR MOST RECENT PROJECT WAS VERY COMPETITIVE BEATING OUT TWO OTHER BIDS. WE FIND THEIR WORK TO BE EXCELLENT. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR NEW BATHROOM! WE ALSO APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT HOWARD WAS ON SITE EVERY DAY CHECKING IN WITH ME AND HIS CREW ON THE DAY'S PROGRESS AND WALKING ME THROUGH NEXT STEPS, ETC. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN WHEN THE NEED ARISES.
