It was good. He was reliable and showed up when he was supposed to and cleaned up after himself.

They were awesome!! Very responsive to first call in getting the work scheduled. He came out the next afternoon (at a convenient time for us) with his mobile unit to do the work on our rooftop. They quoted me $120 on the phone, I had written the check for $150 in case there was any extra time/work and to say thanks for the convenience and ease of transaction. When he was presented the check, he scrounged up change of $30 and insisted they quoted $120. Good, Friendly and honest. The work looks great and we will definitely call them again if we need anything done.

Not only did Ray and his crew replace the metal landings and paint them, he also resolved the underlying problem which caused the rusting in the first place. He created a slight slope so rainwater would drain away from the building instead of pooling and rusting. Also, while welding, Ray caused a minor scorch mark to one of the building storm doors. I'm not sure I would have ever noticed, but Ray told me about it and replaced the damaged glass at his own expense.

It well overall. Worked with painters to get the right fit.

He was good. He was reliable. He was a little late but he made up for it when he came. He was reasonable priced and responsive. He was good at what he did. I would use him again.

Needed our wrought iron fences repaired. Some items needed replacing as well as new hinges and springs installed and these guys took care of the job. My only complaint was that it was tough contacting them to nail down a solid date for service, otherwise they would have gotten an "A". However, it seems like a small operation, with Ray out on the job whenever I called. Overall, it is tough to find a good welder at a good price , but these guys fit the bill.

Work was done promptly when weather allowed. We didn't want to spend much because it's a rental property but this allows us to charge rent on a parking spot behind house, so spending a year's rent to fix the problem was worthwhile. Installing the floor level track for the gate to slide on and putting wheels on the gate was what was needed. Gate can now be slid open by a not so strong woman, which wasn't possible before.

Ray said he would come out to give me an estimate, but never showed up or called. I didn’t call him back, either.

Called Ray up to shorten a wrought iron parkway fence that would be knocked by cars parking in the street. Ray responded quickly and performed his services promptly and professionally. I would use Ray again..

Received estimates from 3 other contractors and Ray's was the most thorough and lower cost. Ray and his team did a great job. Came in for two days to scrape rust/prime the existing fence, then following day painted. The last day came and installed the low fence next to the sidewalk and finished repairs on the main fence (attached toppers which had come off, inserted a spacer to allow for the gate to close and shut properly. Had some significant challenges installing low fence due to tree roots which had taken over the parkway space (tree was removed last year), but was still able to complete the job and did so without asking for additional money (even though it took more time). Both the existing and new fence look great and could not be happier.

The job was seemless from start to finish. I felt the price was fair for all the work that was done.

I used the contact by e-mail function on the Angie's list web-site. When I didn't get a response the next day, I tried calling their number to get a quote. No-one answered and the voice mail box was full so I couldn't leave a message. Not sure what happened to provider but I got no response even after 3 weeks. I used someone else to fix problem.

It went perfectly. Ray promptly replied to a message that I left for him and took down the details of our job and said he would make a site visit and get back to me with a quote within a couple of days. The next day I had a very reasonable quote from Ray and I decided to hire him. We scheduled a date for the work to be done and Ray arrived on time and finished the painting, repairs and lock-box installation in one day. He came back the following day to do any necessary touch-ups to the paint and installed the new locks. The quality of Ray's work is excellent. Since becoming a homeowner almost seven years ago I have worked with many contractors and service companies that have performed jobs at my home. Ray is maybe the most professional and attentive contractor I have worked with in that period of time. He is trustworthy and stands behind his work with a warranty. I could not recommend Ray more highly.

We had an emergency in that a step rusted through on our staircase. Ray was able to replace it on short notice on New Year's Eve day for a reasonable price.

He did that work on time and then brought them out and installed them in the beginning of the first real snow storm of this winter. So this whole small job went just fine and I would certainly call him again.

Ray came out 1 day after I called him to install a wrought iron window guard (much faster then any other company I called). He custom cut the bars, welded and painted it onsite, and installed it perfectly. He does great work and is very reasonably priced. He did a great job and I would recommend him.

Called back a few days after I left message requesting repair. Came on same day and made fix plus adding a plate so lock would stay in alignment. Painted area around repair. Gate works and looks better than new.

Ray got in touch with me fairly quickly and repaired the gate. He also noticed there were other issues and fixed them as well. Since I was out of town we were able to communicate via phone and text without problems.

Ray was nice to deal with and. quite professional. He arrived on time, gave me a good price, and took the timeto recommend some repairs on fencing done several years ago by somebody else. I would definitely use him again.The fence looks very nice
