 + -1 moreLorena and Luis stripped a bunch of old paint off the poorly-maintained 2-story deck we inherited from the previous owners of our 2-flat, fixed or replaced a bunch of rotting and insecure balusters, floorboards, and railings, sanded down nicely, and re-stained. They also repaired our front stairs and fixed a bad stain job from a previous contractor that was done 4.5 years ago. Both look fantastic, and we're delighted with the overall results. They also did an amazing job cleaning up, and were extremely respectful of our property. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
Description of Work: -fixed and repaired rotting wood -removed old, low-quality paint -corrected bad (terrible color) prior stain job done by another contractor -prepped all wood and stained

 + 0 moreI have had an issue with my driveway for over 15 years and Ramirez Deck is in the process of repairing it. They are doing a great job and they have been the only ones who have been able to remove some stains in the concrete that were there in the original pour. They are extremely cost effective and are very thorough. The quality of their work is exceptional.
