Description of Work: Striped off old roof and replaced it.

Description of Work: the price was in the range of what was expected. Some roofers had really high prices but Rainbow was reasonable. The homeowner appreciated the honest conversation with the estimator. | |They did a tear off, loaded the shingles with a crane and had the roof replaced and old one hauled away and cleaned up in approximately 5 hours.

Description of Work: Tom came to assess fascia that had fallen because of strong winds. Instead of charging me up the wazoo for something that didn't look complicated, he told me how I can fix it on my own. I really like their honesty and willingness to help. I've already told everyone I know that if you need roofing done, Call them at Rainbow! Side note: he did my roof a few years back.

Description of Work: Had a new roof installed, they did a tear off and replaced 5 sheets of ply wood that were disintegrated in the valley and installed 6' ice barrier.

Description of Work: Tom came out to look at a vent cap that was installed when I had my bathroom remodeled. I had water coming trough it and we learned the bathroom guys did a really bad job. Tom assessed the situation, made recommendations with my best interest in mind. He treats all of the homes as if it were his. Great company and great price. If I need work done again ill definitely call Ton again.

Description of Work: The old roof was stripped off and a new roof was installed. A new solar powered attic fan was installed

Description of Work: Removed all old roofing from house, dormer, and garage, down to wooden roof deck, and hauled away all debris. Applied ice and water guard membrane along gutter edges and in all valley areas. Covered roof deck with 15 lb. felt. Installed architectural shingles, lead flashing boots over plumbing vents, and aluminum flashing around the chimneys. On dormer roof, applied modified base sheet roofing and bitumen roll roofing. Also, applied a protective layer of aluminum roof coating to a rear addition flat roof.

Description of Work: Complete tear down and install 30 year shingles and fix flat roof and install a drip edges as needed. That where not perviously there.

Description of Work: I needed a new roof installed due to hail damage. Tom the owner was prompt returning my phone calls and quick with and estimates. Even helped me prove to the insurance company that they mis-measured my roof. And he explained the different options of shingles. But unlike other companies that try and add architectural as an add on, Tom only uses these. He informed me upfront that it was a two week lead time before he started. And at 7:30 on the morning he said he would start, he did. Performed the job in two days. I bought a solar and a power attic fan and Tom and his crew installed these for free because he did a complete tear down. Both fans work and Tom had his crew install a ridge vent for a very cheap rate I think $235. I have a semi flat roof. Tom stated instead of shingles that were on their he would use a self sticking flat roofing membrane. Tom himself installs the Flat roof. He added a drip edge that was not there before nor did I think about. The guys he uses are professional and quick. They cleaned the area up great. During the first night somebody stole 30 bundles of shingles from my property, they never asked for me to help pay they ordered new stuff and continued on. I really cannot say enough good things about this company. Tom is the 3rd generation roofer and is the most honest and upfront person in the contracting business. Please call him. Tom would stop by the job site at least three to four times a day.
