Description of Work: Installed a dead bolt lock and replaced door knob. While drilling the hole for the dead bolt, a small piece of the wood door finish came off(about a half inch). However, I realize the door is 37 years old. The installer did take off an extra $15 for the damage. So in all I was pleased and the locks are working very well.

Description of Work: I bought the deal because the doorknob on my front door kept pulling out. They came out and tightened some screws and it seemed to be OK until a couple of days later it came out again. I called them three times and each time was told that a technician would get back to me. No one has called. I just called again this morning and was told the manager was on another call and would get back to me in 5 minutes. No call.
