I had a fantastic service visit with PT fireplace cleaning Chicago. I had recently moved into a new apartment and wanted to check the fireplace before using it. The technician was on time, efficient, and incredibly helpful. I will absolutely use their service again!

I researched several duct companies, this was by far one of the most affordable There were some hiccups with scheduling and we had tricky furnace and ducts that had never been cleaned before. For every misstep, the company went out of their way to make it up to us. I would definitely hire them again.

PT Duct Cleaning is a family-owned business and I couldn't ask for better service. Paul is very friendly and eager to answer all of my questions and concerns. I didn't realize how often you need to get your ducts and furnaces cleaned especially living in Chicago and utilizing the heat and AC throughout the year. If you have pets I highly recommendusing PT Duct Cleaning to clean your air ducts ASAP. I own a Golden Retriever and a Bengal cat and I feel like I can breathe a whole lot easier since they shed a lot and their fur can easily build up in the vents. I highly recommend that company!

PT Duct Cleaning guys are just great. They worked REALLY hard to get my ducts clean in Chicago as a whistle after a big construction project. They were pleasant and friendly and spent much more time than they anticipated on my job. Yet, they honored their estimate. They could have short changed me and skipped a vent and I probably would not have noticed until after they were long gone. But, they did everything they could to get my ducts nicely clean. I really couldn't give them a higher rating. They were terrific and reasonably priced.

What a Great Experience!!! Paul was wonderful. Everything about this company is terrific Easy to make an appointment. They explained everything over the phone. At precisely 8:00 AM PT Duct rang the bell in my house in Des Plaines. They immediately assessed the situation, looking at dryer, vent and the roof. Craw leader told me exactly what he needed to do and explained the pricing. It was a little difficult to find the vent on the roof. Last year we called another company and they couldn't do it. Today, PT Duct Cleaning did a great job. He also did a second dryer vent for us ensuring that after he finished his work the dryer worked perfectly. We will definitely use them next year and for the fireplace and chimney cleaning as well.

Best Service possible! I suffer from allergies for a while now and finally made decisions to call this company as after doing some research, turned out this service should be done on regular basis, especially when you have allergies and a dog. So happy with the results, they responded quickly and I was able to schedule appointment in no time, honestly couldn't ask for better service. They came on time, explained all thoroughly and I was even able to see the insides ( my ducts were discussing inside ). Whole service lasted few hours just like they said it will, after all they cleaned after themselves and I could enjoy my clean and fresh air! Oh and did i mention they also checked my furnace and dryer! Great job PT Duct Cleaning! I've used them twice so for and both time no complaints. Keep up the good work guys. Pt Duct Cleaning did outstanding and detailed job cleaning my entire duct system. The air flow through the vents has improved radically. My furnace is more efficient and working much less despite this crazy cold winter. Two technicians arrived on time and completed the job very quickly. Came on a rainy day. Punctual. Courteous. Efficient. Able to ask questions, get answers. Very happy with the job. Showed equipment used, brushes, etc.

The two men were very polite, very professional, and worked very efficiently. On their website is an informative video illustrating their service procedure. Their services were performed exactly like in the video. I was very impressed with their attention to detail, as well as their concern in keeping my floors clean and free from damage.

Everything went as expected. They showed up on time and finished within the time estimate originally given. They were very careful and cleaned up after themselves. (Took 2 phone calls to get them to respond.)

I was a bit hesitant due to the fact that I have had a few companies come out to clean my air ducts but never saw any difference in the quality of air. Upon calling them, they answered all of my questions without hesitation and scheduled me an appointment. Two days later they arrived at my house and delivered me a low price quote that I couldn't resist. They began to clean the ducts and I could almost immediately feel the difference in the quality of air. I couldn't thank PT Duct enough! I honestly would recommend the PT Duct Cleaning to ALL of my friends and neighboors. The difference in the air quality was noticeable right away. The vents are blowing not dust but just clean air. I have basically no dust in the house. What a difference! I would definitely use them in the future.
