PS Lehman, Inc. is a personal concierge service based in the Chicagoland area. We tackle your to-do list so you don't have to! One of our specialties is handling moves. Count on us to support you in all phases, from sale preparation through new home transition. Whether it is around the corner or across the country, we are here to take the stress out of moving. Active members of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers) & ICLMA (International Concierge & Lifestyle Management Association). Initial one hour consultation is free. All work is billed at an hourly rate. No work is commenced until a signed contract is received from the customer.

Lori Lehman (owner) an Pam {last name redacted} are unprofessional and rude. We were referred to them by B&W Real estate. They sent a staff member (Keith) to our home to discuss our partial home staging needs , tour the house and to give us a staging proposal. He zoomed through in record time and left. The proposal came 3 days past the promise date, addressing me by the incorrect name, had a very high price and had many items that would either not fit into the rooms they intended to place them or there were to many items to fit into the intended room. We took the time to respond line by line and requested a new revised proposal. They told us one would be sent the following day during business hours. It was sent at 11 PM and they informed us that they were “declining to stage our home.” Apparently they think that their common little skill set is not only worth top dollar but that they can treat you dismissively and rudely.

She knew we were budget focused and she kept this in mind and so while we did the heavy work to save money her team did a great uplift to our space. They were friendly and fun to work with. It all came together in less than a day and she also coordinated with our real estate agent to make sure the photos were done right.
Description of Work: Lori and her team helped us get ready to put our condo on the market. She helped us figure out what to move to storage and how to best stage our condo with the least impact in our daily lives. She heard our thoughts and executed a great plan.

Getting a house ready to sell, and getting ready to move, is a huge job - and Lori's team made it so much more manageable! Everyone on Lori's team was really professional and hard working. Lori did the planning and organizing of her team, and they showed up at our house on time and ready to work. 2 of them (we had Carolina and David - highly recommend both!) decluttered and organized our entire 3 story house in about 3.5 days - it would have taken us weeks! Lori is also a great designer and works with interior designers. She staged our house so it looks like a model home for sale. She was also able to recommend good contractors for other things we needed done around the house, i.e. carpeting.
Description of Work: Decluttering house, organizing, moving extra items to storage unit, and staging it for sale.

Lori and the entire team at PS Lehman were life savers! They helped make selling our old home and moving in to our new home so much easier, faster and way less stressful. Using their expert eye they gave us simple and realistic staging advice to make our old home look buyer friendly, helping us to get an offer we accepted within 4 days on the market. When it was time to move to our new home they handled all the details - from coordinating the movers, packing up our belongings (both at our old home and storage facility), scheduling final clean up, making sure our new home was spotlessly cleaned before moving in, unpacking at our new home, removing all the packing materials, etc. The attention to detail was incredible! They even gave us great advice on furniture placement and decor for our new home (bonus!). We couldn't have done it without PS Lehman and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to sell their home fast and move in to their new home effortlessly!

Excellent. Our work with PS Lehman is ongoing, the last time we used them was not the first and won't be the last. Everytime we've used them, the work performed is impeccable.
Description of Work: Working with PS Lehman has been an utterly amazing experience. We have used them for the past couple of years. As much or as little as we need. The best thing is that once you do a "big organize" they can come in once a month (or as more or less as your prefer) to do an update to help keep you up with the organization that has been put into place. I've used them for a last minute dog walk, help setting up for a party, organizing my garage, my storage area, just about anything. They have a handyman on call. For us, their handyman did everything from installing shelving to installing light fixtures. As far as I'm concerned I would not hesitate to ask PS Lehman to do ANYTHING that I would need to do. Yes, they help you to get organized but I would not hesitate to call and ask for a last minute "help me pick up a gift" or "can you be there for the cable guy" and while they are waiting for the cable guy to show up, they'll organize your stuff for you. Worth every penny.
