significant job totaling over $80k in two separate work plans. Company is utterly indifferent to customer service. Never shows when expected. Does not deliver as promised. Does not communicate within the firm, so discussions with one party never flow to the next, while staff are constantly rotated on- and off- projects in a completely unorchestrated fashion. Its amazing to me this company is able to remain viable, given the amount of wasted and duplicative effort.
Description of Work: (1) Replacement of 78 windows and doors (2) Replacement of vinyl siding and gutters
