Did an okay job, but complained about it the whole time.

On time service completed as agreed. The window ledges were not wiped. Price was twice the amount of Angie?s quote. We needed the service quickly and accepted it. Would not rehire for same price.

Awful experiance and rude

Quit ripping people off. The price will not be the same when the get to your house todo the work.

This company completely took advantage of me by over charging me for gutter cleaning work without authorization to my credit card. I caught it, and had an extremely difficult time fighting to get the money back, even though the owner himself was involved. I'd also done power washing during the same period, and I was put in an uncomfortable position when the tech arrived and they quoted an insanely high price. I'd asked for the office to give me a quote on what I'd paid previously before starting the work, and instead of doing this, they sent the tech over and said it would be $1k to power wash my front and back porch. I felt bad for the tech who said he'd cleared his calendar for this and would lose out if job wasn't done, so agreed to pay him $450 (including $50 tip) to do the work, but it was not done properly and I was on a business call when he asked for payment and couldn't check. When I reached back out to have them come back out to finish the job, I was asked what day would be good for him to come back. After replying, I never heard back from them, even after multiple email follow ups. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE MY FIRST TIME AS WELL, AND STUPIDLY DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE, BUT WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

They were easy to schedule. Someone called me to set up an appointment and they were out the next day.

They ripped me off. Quoted me $130 before starting. When the job was done he told me I owed him $150. When I got my charge receipt it was for $180

best if you speak spanish for ease of conversation

They were easy to schedule and their tech was very friendly, quick, and did a good job :)

I though they were a little pricey but did an excellent job!

I have also hired Prime Tme for gutter cleaning. Easy scheduling, though the window washer arrived nearly an hour earlier than expected.

They were extremely persistent when it came to booking my service. They did have me waiting past my expected window - which caused me to have to move and appointment, but other then that they were friendly and did the job in a timely manner. There is a window that was missed- no big deal.

Our worker arrived in the time frame given, worked hard, was polite and cared about his work. He kept us informed of his progress.

First time using Angi to find a home improvement company to work with and I hit a Homerun! Prime Time Window Cleaning was awesome! Great price, came the next day. Their guy Piotr was friendly, quick, and did an awesome job! Piotr took pictures of the gutters when he finished and showed me. They also emailed the pictures to me. These are my new go to for cleaning my gutters!
