I was provided a quote on the phone and we agreed on a schedule to do the work. They followed up with email communication and I was alerted when the technician was arriving. It isnâ t an easy job cleaning the windows in an older residence. The technician did very good work very smoothly.

Wally did a great job power washing the metal siding, washing and cleaning the windows and all the gutters and downspouts.

I received an estimate right away. After I selected Prime Time, they came and went in just over an hour. The windows were spotless and it made the house look great!

They did an excellent job. Went right to work and were done in a reasonable time. Very careful of my property and covered their shoes when in the house. The windows were spotless when they were done. Would highly recommend them. Their price was reasonable.

The gutters were actually cleaned one day early. The pricing contract was a bit tricky, including the downspout add-on which was not obvious. Bombarded by discount emails for at least a week afterward, maybe more.

Kindest regards, I was told I was mistaken if I thought I would get a pristine experience. After I complained about the tracks being dirty by mud being pushed into the corners and left, dirt and mud droppings left on my carpet underneath each window. My plant was broken by the man that was doing the cleaning. And I was quoted $200 but when he got here he quoted me 320. And when I spoke to the manager he told me I must have thought I would get a pristine experience. I paid $250.
