the price went up over what I was originally quoted, I assumed the downspouts would be included, they weren't, so I had written a check and then i had to pull out additional money- other than that, it was fine

It took three appointments to finally get my windows done and ended up costing me almost 50 dollars more than first quoted. The office staff made several mistakes the cleaning crew was great!

Cleaner came at 3pm not able to complete job due to darkness. Only one person did job extending the time in the home. Much prefer 2 people or more to do job. Windows inside and out, and gurtters were cleaned well
