I was disappointed on the clean up of the gutters. First off someone had called to ask if the crew could come on 5/29 bc they were in the area and would be there in an hour. Call has around 10:30 AM. Crew didn't come until 1:30 PM. I understand it was around lunch time. Maybe a call back of with a new estimate time would have been nice. Luckily someone was home when they arrived. Secondly, your crew discarded 2 plastic bags into my yard waste containers. It wasn't a problem until my husband had to unload the contends without the plastic bags back into the yard waste containers. I'm sure your crew could have done this and taken the bags with them or let us know what they did. If not then you may want to advise them not to throw plastic bags with yard waste. And lastly, I had to clean up what came out of the downspouts. Luckily I did't pay the unclogging charge bc I did the clean up work. Sincerely, Reg F

Great work - highly recommend!

I was quoted one price and when you came out it was another. I was very specific on the type of windows I had. Windows were supposed to be scrapped of varnish (new ones only) and this was not done. Several of the windows had dried on solution that was not wiped off - I was very dissatisfied with the job. Several screens were not cleaned. When the gentleman showed up he asked if I had a spray bottle - very unprofessional - and this was supposed to be your number 1 guy??? I had signed the paperwork as it was after 7:00pm when he finished and you could not see the job til the next morning. Wrote to you & no response! Would not use again!!!!!!!

The people I dealt with over the phone were very nice. We agreed on a price and set a date for the service. That was a set price for part of the service and an hourly fee for the other part. The men who came to perform the service were quoting a different, higher price than what was agreed to and they were very pushy. I had to renegotiate a new fixed price. They did not care about the price I already negotiated. In retrospect, I probably should have just told them to leave, but it would have been more of a pain to reschedule with another company for the work. The men completed the work and left without any further issue.

Left window sills muddy when we were told sills would be cleaned. Arrived late and attempted to clean outside windows in the dark. After 9:30pm we politely asked him to leave.

Yes, I would recommend this company for future use. Repaired my gutter as requested. On time and good evaluation of problem. I will know for sure that problem is resolved when it rains heavily again. Contractor appears to know what he was doing.

Prime Time called me to schedule appointment w/i minute of submitting request through Home Advisor. Expected around noon, but didn't show until 6 PM. Worker seemed to do a could job (hard to tell on two story roof). Finished in 45 min, though expected it would take longer. Didn't get to see amount of debris cleared as I had to leave due to lateness of his arrival. For price, seemed like reasonable job.

I think they could have gotten my windows cleaner

I am so disappointed. I just realized that, while cleaning my skylights, the men bent my gutters in three places with their ladder, and lifted the flashing under my shingles. The ladder was too short, evidently, and they leaned it up against my gutters instead of the roof. Now I will have to spend money to have my gutter and flashing repaired!

He did a great job! Would use him again!

The worker was polite, worked hard and did a great job.

We have very complicated old window systems in our home that take patience to clean. Prime Time did a very good job!

This company first quoted me for one price and charged me another price, even though on multiple occasions I confirmed the quoted price. Also, when they first came out the said they couldn't perform the work...the very next day they came out and performed the work without notification! Stay clear of this company. They aren't worth the hassle! Read about them on Yelp!

They contacted me quickly and came out the next day. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely after they were done. I would definitely recommend them to family & friends. I need my windows cleaned and I WILL be calling them.

Quick and easy transaction. Was quoted one price over the phone and the guy who did the work said it was $15 more, but still a good deal.
