I'm still waiting for them to send someone back to finish cleaning my garage gutters.

The owner called me right away and my job was done the same day. Very good job--all debris was carefully bagged for disposal. Price was less than the estimate given over the phone and less than I've paid previously. I would use again.

Prime Time was reliable, courteous and very thorough with the cleaning of our gutters/downspouts. Will absolutely be hiring them again for our routine gutter maintenance. Comparison shopped other companies and Prime Time was very reasonably priced! Would recommend them to neighbors, family and friends.

Hard to judge how clean the gutters are because I have not been on the roof to inspect, but yesterday we had heavy rain and all functioned properly. The serviceman cleaned up properly. In and out in 1.5 hours.

Communicated with Will one week before the job and the day before the job regarding 2 issues so there would be no problem on the day of cleaning. He neglected to communicate with his cleaning people so both arrived without the ladder high enough for the 4th floor cleaning. Will had gave me a price, which I confirmed and emailed his quote back to him but yet the price became an issue for both me and my next door neighbor. Seeing as I made the effort to make sure their would be no problem, Will was short on the phone. I emailed his quote back to him. he failed to communicate with his workers about both the ladder issue and the price.

I was disappointed when I had to call the service two other times to get the job done. The owner was courteous to get the job done to my preference.

They had to reschedule three times and each time they promised to be there at the earliest time slot. The fourth time they arrived a half hour late. They change their estimate, increasing by about 40% of the original estimate because they failed to ask pertinent questions. If you have nothing nut time to sit and wait on people to show up, they did a decent job on the windows.
