arrived 4 hours late and never bothered to call to tell me that they were going to be late. Left bag of leaves they cleaned out of my gutters in front of my garage. Would not use them again.

Completed work as promised.

missed the first appointment. Confusion over address, but called to reschedule. Did a great job, very quickly, Apleasure.

We observed water coming into the basement via our window wells the last 4 times it rained. While we purchased our home in 2006, we had never cleaned the 2nd story gutters. I sent an email via servicemagic at 8 pm. My phone rang at 7:05 the next morning and Prime Time sent workers to my home by 9:00 a.m. I also had them clean the garage gutters. The workers cleaned the gutters and downspouts and did not create a mess. We;ve only had one rain since the cleaning but no water came into the basement. I will recomment them and hire them again.

I am extremely disappointed. The cleaner could not open several of my windows in order to clean them, though other window cleaners have been able to open them before. He completely scratched up one of my windows scraping something off it. The windows he did clean are so-so. He did not clean the glass panes in my doors or my transom windows. They were cheap, and now I know why. I would not recommend them. I now have to hire another company to come back and finish the job AND I am going to demand that they repair or replace the window that is so damaged.

This is by far the worst service I have ever paid for. After several missed appointments my windows look FAR worst than they did before I hired Prime Time. What ever they used to "clean" my windows with left a terrible film which hasnt even washed off after several rains. Horrible service from beginning to end.

My request was during a week of many rain/wind storms in our area. As a result, Prime Time service men did not come during the scheduled appointment time. However, they were there the very next day. The workers were fast, polite and professional. I was pleased and will use Prime Time again in six months to clean my gutters.

They showed up on time and completed the work thoroughly and in a timely manner.

Young boy was dropped off to clean the gutters alone, he was polite and did a great job and cleaned up afterward. I was disappointed though that neither he nor the gentleman who dropped him off spoke English so I was unable to discuss additional work I wanted done, I specifically made the appointment for a time that I would be home in order to do that.

The work was done to my satisfaction. The price was good.

Called for window washing (mostly tilt-in windows with half-screens) on a 3 story building in Old Town. I have no complaints whatsoever. Nice young man did all the work without any fuss, was respectful to myself and property. Price is good. Would definitely use him again.

They responded to my inquiry within hours and were able to do the work that afternooon! The gutters were cleaned in my absence and all the material was left in a bag in the back, exactly as I asked; yard and walks were free of any debris. Great price quote based only on discription of house style ... no need for them to make extra estimating trip. Great company... will now use them regularly!

Jose Luna was prompt in showing up to do the work. He did an excellent and professional job. He took the time to both show and explain the condition of the gutters to me. I appreciated this, and that he pointed out to me the number and location of gutter downspout strainers that were missing, thus causing both water and leaf material to accumulate. I would highly recommend and hire this firm again.
