Service with the sales rep was very fast and easy. I was able to communicate via email in order to schedule an appointment and get an estimate. The gutter cleaning service was done within one hour and I was able to get the roof assessed as well.

They gave me a three hour time-frame and came five minutes before the time-frame was over. The first thing the window cleaner did was use the bathroom. It was marginal from there to the end. He was a nice young man, but barely qualified for the job. I would not recommend or use them again.

They cleaned the gutters and put the bill in the mail box. They bagged up the stuff from the gutter and put in garbage can which was fine with me. I called them with credit card payment.

They followed up with a phone call within hours of the email to ask if I had further questions. When I contacted them on Thursday, they offered to get the job done the next day. I scheduled them they came, completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. Their price was reasonable and I am very happy with their service.
