They did not show up as scheduled. We cancelled the service and told them not to show up. However, they showed up at our home anyway and have called no less than ten times. We contacted Angie's List to request a cease and desist of all calls and emails from this company.

Great Job. Cleaned and hosed out my second story gutters quickly and efficiently. Cleaned everything up afterward and were very professional and courteous. Price was very competitive with other services I've used before.

Workers showed within the stated 2hr window; very personably and professional, very respectful of my home. Would hire again.

I was not on the roof but it sounded like the man did a good job.

They were professional and came on time. They brought to my attention that one of the gutters needed repair.

I had my gutters cleaned yesterday by Prime Time Window & Gutter Cleaning Inc. I had a complaint about the work done. First off, when they called me after I sent the Angie’s list inquiry, they had my address and quoted me $80 and mentioned both garage and home, they said it’s a small house (which it is). Will said they would clean the gutters and bag the debris and leave it clean. When I called back to confirm the gentlemen that answered then changed it to $80 for the house and $20 for the garage. I let it go, since it wasn’t that big of a price difference. Then, when the worker arrived, he failed to bag up the debris and left it on my grass. My mother called me to tell me, since she was the one onsite, so I asked to speak to him. I told him that Will at the firm had said he would bag up the debris and at least trash it or something. He then claimed it’s just dirt and will go back in the ground and refused to pick it up. Even when I said, if it’s dirt, I have a dirt hole in the back yard, put the “dirt” there but he just handed the phone to my mom. When I arrived home, I could not believe what he left. See Photos. This was my first time using Angie’s list and I’m just so disappointed at their employee’s apparent laziness and inability to clean up the debris he pulled out of the gutters. Once they charged my cc (before i arrived to see the mess), Will would not answer calls or return voicemail left. I had to write an long email and not even an apology. Only reply was "we will get back out there today to clean that up." Seems like he apologizes on Angies list, but wont take a call or apologize via email, so thought i should post here. ***8/31/18 Update*** I did get an email with an apology and they came out to clean up the mess they left. They did the right thing as a firm, so upped my star review. I still would never use them again, because they didn't care to call me you, Oh wait they did, today, just to tell me, hey update your review we did right, but never called to say, sorry about it all.

Would not use this service ever again. Yes, they responded quickly, and showed up same day, and did the work. But the worker tried to over charge, and now we found out he didn't clean the gutters on the garage. Found this because we had a roofer our and he told us the gutters were really bad.

I was able to book an appointment for within a week of talking with them. I didn't need to be home or take off from work while they completed the job. Work appeared to be completed without issues. Left invoice at backdoor - I sent them a check. Received acknowledgement via text.

It didn't go so well in the beginning because when they came they want to change the price. When I talked to the person who took my request, he didn't want to lose my business, so he worked out for another crew to come out. The other crew did a good job, my windows were very clean. I will have them back if I get the same crew. Update: I spoke with Will on the phone last Friday and he asked what he can do to fix me being unsatisfied. So he suggested that he sends some one out to clean the outside of my windows free of charge. The windows are now done and i'm very happy with the results. I would recommend them again.

Terrible, worker was 1 was an hour late & when he did get started he kept taking smoke breaks. Poor cleaning job had to call to have them come & reclean kitchen windows. Window sills did not even get wiped off. Way over priced for what little was done.

Poor. The first service technician showed up and tried to upsell me because my gutters were deeper or wider than "residential gutters". The deal never mentioned this. As well, unless the gutter was overflowing it would be easier to get your hand into a wider gutter. Then they refused to do the job without also cleaning the downspouts. Then, despite only 290 linear feet of gutters ( way below the 400 feet advertised). My $149 job was up to $400+ This group refused to do the work and I had to call the main office to schedule with a different group. I carefully explained my refusal to pay for ups and extras. I wanted my gutters cleaned for $149. That group failed to show up even though I spoke with "scheduling"' 3 times that day. The next day a new single person shows up. We walk the house. He mentions nothing of ups and extras to me. He apparently call the office and quotes them additional charges again in the 400 range. They OK it without any mention of it to me. When he is finished he brings me a bill for close to 400. Again, I can't believe this. At this point, after all of the work had been completed they ask for a signature. And this service tech is expecting to get paid as he did the work and their office had approved it. We settled on a lower price, although I don't know how this affected his payment. I filled out a complaint of service form with them within their 72 hour window. When I got a call their stance was "you signed it". Can you say duress? There is a guy standing at my door who was lied to, did the work, and then came to me for payment. This is worse than bait and switch. Angie's List: Drop these guys. This is the type of game that using your service is supposed to remove. To everyone else: RUN! And the refuse was not removed. It was left in bags by the street.

My last review was not very good, but they sure made up for it this time around, They were very punctual,and polite. They were done in split time. They cleaned and washed the gutters for free. I guess the first time was just a little of a off day. It sometimes happens. I'll be calling them again. Lorrie Gaughan

I was highly disappointed in PrimeTime Window Cleaning Service which was recommended by a friend of mine. My husband and I are upstanding elderly citizens in our community and expected the best service for our money. Our first encounter with them was a phone conversation with them and then a discussion that they made with us concerning a virtual estimate of the cost to do all the windows and screens indoor and out for our house. When they sent the first crew out the two gentlemen washed two windows and left. I called the company and they told us they would send two more window washers the next day to complete the job. They told me that they would be there at 1pm and later they called and stated that they were running late. We were told that they would be there at 3pm. They never showed up. They finally contacted us on the following day, telling us they would be there at 1pm. They called again and did not show up until 4pm.. We originally wanted the windows washed indoor and out. We became so frustrated that we ended us washing the windows inside ourselves after the first crew only washed two windows and left.The second crew came late and were anxious to do the work quickly and leave. Consequently, my husband and I did half their work by helping them take out the screens and insisting on them putting them back in after they were washed. They had planned to wash the screens and leave them in my backyard to dry, even though rain was predicted that night. I did pay them even though I felt that we should have paid ourselves for the work that we did. The next day when we were able to examine all the windows, we discovered that they had missed a window in the lower level of our house. If their name comes up for window washing service, start running the other way.

10 to 12 time frame not met. Crew finished around 330 after numerous calls and emails

They did great but forgot 1 gutter so I need tp call them to come out but they did a great job.

Avoid Prime Time Window Washing Warning this company is a bait and switch operation. They came onsite and quoted my $1250 to wash my Oak Park house and to clean my windows. They rescheduled with me, causing me to lose 2 days of work. Then when they came to do the work, they gave me a new quote of $2500. They completely wasted my time and I feel like they were trying to rip me off. I've had this work done in the past and it was in line with their original quote. The original estimate was done by owner, so there is really no excuse for this. Beware of Prime Time Window Cleaning 800-480-1360.

This is an update of a review from approximately 11/2016. There was a prior issue regarding the service performed and they insisted on coming back to clean my gutters at no charge. I appreciate the gesture. Thanks.

Careful! Who are these people? Tendered window washer check in payment for services. Soon thereafter I received a call from a currency exchange to inquire if check could be paid as there appeared to be suspicious activity hence they retained and shred the check. Called owner of Prime Time who appeared to not be surprised as to what was going on. I was left uncomfortable not knowing who I had let into my house and with the owner's responses.

Proceed with caution… Very frustrating experience from quoting, to day of service, and invoicing. I highly recommend against even doing business with them based on my experience. Looking at other reviews I should have followed their guidance and went somewhere else. It started with the quoting process. The prices are posted on the website, however, when calling about options and including multiple services I asked if there were price breaks. The representative said absolutely and pulled up my address online to “look” at the house. I knew exactly how many windows I had and size of my house. Based on the online pricing it should have been in the ball park of $900. I explained if I’m doing all these services how could this be packaged up. I was assured for a house like this and “they do it all the time” would be $600 - $700. I asked for a quote as I didn’t want to have a surprise invoice of $900 after the fact, but told they just write up on the invoice when they come out and do the work. Shame on me for not forcing it in writing, because sure enough they do the work and the invoice comes up to $910. I immediately called to discuss, to their credit they did lower the final price to $750, but was not after a few conversations and waiting for a review and call back. I was told they would arrive between 8 and 9 am. I got a call at 9:15 that they wouldn’t be there until 10:30, and they final showed up at 11. This didn’t concern me all that much. However, as it got later they were not able to finish due to darkness. They said they would need to come back to finish the window cleaning the follow morning. The issue here is no one could be home, which didn’t prevent them from cleaning the outside windows. However, now it was my job to have to put all the screens back in the windows since they couldn’t come back in to install them on the windows. Once the invoice dollar amounts were settled it took almost a week for them to mail and email me the bill itself. I received it on Tuesday 10/10, within a day I started getting calls about paying my invoice and how / when it would be done. I literally didn’t even have it for 24 hours before it started. I talked to a person 2 days later and said I had been traveling and would get to it within the next couple of days once I’m back home. I couldn’t get to it until 10/17, but a prompt payment within a week of receiving was completed. However, I still managed to get two calls following payment asking me about when I planned to pay. Today on 10/19 I was actually able to take their call and told them it was paid and I have the conformation email from their systems and can forward. Got a call a few hours later, that they couldn’t find it to resend the conformation email insinuating I never sent it the first time and acting as I hadn’t paid. Clearly they have payment system / email issues on their end. Getting treated like a dead bet who doesn’t pay bills and receiving at least 6 calls within a week to pay an invoice I’ve had less than a week is insulting. Mind you I have an 800+ credit score and never have missed a bill payment in my life. The overall experience has been horrific and I would advise to steer clear based on shady quoting / sales processes, invoicing issues and general derogatory tones about paying an invoice that is less than a week old.

They did a great job. They showed up on-time and they were communicative in what they were doing.

There was one person who did all the cleaning on the two stories. He showed up on time and introduced himself. He also cleared the downspouts, although you are billed extra for this. He took away all the trash. He did leave our gate open and the dog got out of the yard.
