The time span given was 10-2. Yuri came exactly at 10 a.m. The price was fair and the work done was excellent. My windows were quite dirty and he made them sparkle. I would recommend and hire again.

The service performed was very good. Make sure they know how tall your house is and/or any other obstacles to getting to the roof/gutters. Especially in the city. As the prices can and will be different based on the ease of access.

I secured a gutter cleaning deal via Angieslist as this is now the second deal I have done and more or less the last. The deal was for $149 for gutter cleaning. I read carefully the disclaimer as many are vague and often have stipulation that tend to come back and get you. Received a call and described exactly what was need for I had already cleaned my first floor gutters myself but do not have the ladders high enough to complete the second floor. I was given a ballpark price but was told it would not exceed 150. I had 2 other quotes both done on site but Prime was able to do it the soonest. 2 gentlemen showed up and complete the cleaning within 20 minutes and the gutters operate as they should. They cleaned a downspout as well as it was clogged (according to them). When I received the invoice it exceeded the quoted amount. The other 2 quote I got from the other competing companies were $99. Primes invoice was $176. I called and the individual I spoke to about this was rude and unwilling to alter the invoice and feed me a line about how an estimate is not necessarily accurate without being onsite to do a proper one. He also talked about how his crew was insured and so on as the other 2 companies that quoted it were as well and how that adds cost to this. For 20 mins of service and the hassle I was given about the bill I would not recommend prime. Although their field techs did a great job I did not like the customer service department and they were difficult. I went with Prime because their reviews were better, Angies list has always been know to help a customer qualify a contractor. My last few experiences have been bad and overbudget! This is another example of a company that I feel try to take advantage of me. Beware of the customer service and billing...the workmanship was good although I do not think this time of job requires a high dollar person to do it correctly. I ended up paying 151 in the end after I informed the customer service person that I would be sharing my experience and thoughts on angieslist and other sites. This was excessive and deceptive especially since I had it quoted by 2 other A rated angieslist gutter cleaning services. To be nearly 2x higher then the competitions for the same thing is ridiculous.

First, the positives. After two failed attempts, because of emergencies on behalf of the window cleaners, they sent out Yuri. His job was to wash six windows on the second floor including the storm windows. We have Marvin storms and it is a bit tricky to get everything out. Yuri did a fantastic job cleaning those six windows. They look amazing. Due to the prior experiences I took it upon myself to wash all of the other windows and storm windows. The six windows were the only ones I would have to reach with an extension ladder. The owner of the company contacted us approx. three weeks after our initial complaint. He wanted to send out his best guy and offered to do the work free of charge. Well, we got the best guy. Always ask for Yuri. However, the owner called us and said he thought this would take an hour and Yuri has been working on this for quite a while. At their billable rate they would charge $450. I am a reasonable guy I split it with the owner. Frankly, I wish the business owner would have stuck with his original proposal of no charge as a remedy for the two prior unsatisfactory experiences we had with Prime Time. Under those conditions I would have had them back the next time we needed window washing. I would hire Yuri any day of the week. But, I have no plans to hire Prime Time Window again.

I couldn't expect more. I received a prompt callback from my message. Service was scheduled and performed on the same day. Photos of the cleaned gutters were provided. The whole thing went perfectly.

BEWARE: these people are incompetent and dishonest. Their crew didn’t know how to take down storm windows and put up screens. My wife paid them when they said they were finished with her AmEx card. Then we discovered they forgot to put up 2 screens. They agreed to send a crew to put up the screens and, after a month of broken promises, we hired somebody else to do it. Then they billed me a different amount for the same job we already paid for. I tried to send the AmEx receipt for payment but their email rejected it. BEWARE.

Absolutely fantastic unbelievable service from start to finish

They never showed up and when I called them well after the appointed time block, they were only somewhat apologetic and offered a paltry $20 discount. I was then supposed to be the first on the list for the following day, and they never showed up that day either. Needless to say, I would never recommend this company!

They did very good work, very professional. Team included mother, father and son. Would have them back again.

While I had some concern regarding a review I read that cautioned about the actual amount charged being over the originally quoted amount, I followed up with Prime Time Window & Gutter Cleaning. After giving the specifics to Prime Time, I was quoted $90. I mentioned I saw a coupon for $10 off on their website and could I use it. I was told I could. After finalizing the price, I mentioned we were retired and were “fairly open as far as day and time goes” and I asked “what works for you?” The response came, “we can come out tomorrow”. I asked if they could narrow the time down a bit as we have an older dog with incontinence issues and wanted to get him outside before they arrived. The response was they would text us. I informed them our number is a landline; call instead. With that set up, hubby and I planned our day. To our surprise, Prime Time showed up late afternoon. No call; wrong day. I told the guy I had to deal with my dog, who was getting excited and just might have an accident if I didn’t act. While I was in the backyard with my dog, hubby was so annoyed he told the guy to leave. Then came a call from Prime Time. The guy on the other end wanted to know why his guy couldn’t perform the gutter cleaning. We had plans! The appointment was for the following day! He actually had the audacity to say, “You said you would be home all day”. I said no such thing!! (Thumbtack can verify this by looking back at the communication that transpired between Prime Time and me.) As I adamantly stated the appointment was for “tomorrow”, we will be available “tomorrow”. The response was, “Yes, ma’am” and I knew at that moment we wouldn’t be seeing Prime Time the following day, as scheduled. And Prime Time did not disappoint. They were a no show. Hubby called to inquire as to the reason they not only didn’t show, but didn’t have the decency to call. He was told they got hung up on one of their jobs and got behind. They rescheduled us for the following day (Friday) for the same time (3:00pm – 4:00pm). Do I need to say it? Yep! No show, no call, same excuse. This time when hubby called to reschedule, he picked between 8:00am and 10:00am Monday. By noon and no show, I called Prime Time and spoke with the same person I did the week before. When I asked to whom I was speaking, I was told “Will”. When I asked if this was William Dron, I was told it was. I asked if this was the same William Dron who is the Principal, President, and Customer Contact of Prime Time (per the BBB website), in other words, the owner. And he replied no, he was not. So, I asked to speak to the owner. He replied, “What do you want, we can do what you want”. Well, I just said what I wanted (to speak to the owner) because they apparently can’t do what we want (show when scheduled). After pressing to speak with the owner, he finally admitted he was the owner. I asked when they would arrive to clean our gutters. He was noncommittal, but said it would be that day. I asked for a call before arrival. Around 2:30pm, Prime Time arrived; no call beforehand. The guy who did the work was very pleasant and if it weren’t for the fact that he missed one downspout, I would have said he did a fabulous job. But as it was, I had to get out the ladder and take care of that one in the rain. (Hubby broke his back during the polar vortex and is still in a hard plastic torso brace.) When it came time to pay, the guy asked for $90. My husband handed him a check for $80. (He was concerned if we used a credit card, the amount charged wouldn’t have been $80.) It takes a big man to admit when he is wrong and Prime Time was wrong when they decided to show up unannounced on the wrong day. Prime Time was wrong to lie to me. Prime Time was wrong to repeatedly blow off scheduled appointments and not call once. Prime Time was wrong to ask for an amount other than that which was previously agreed upon. Prime Time never admitted they were wrong. Look for someone else.

They agreed to a price via email after review of my property. They arrived at the home only to insist on another price. I had to agree since they were on site. When the work was completed they charged me even more! Very disappointed. Work was marginal at best. Window sills were not cleaned at all. Owner laughed on the phone when I confronted him. Never would recommend this company. Wish I would have checked the reviews first.

Great. They provided and completed services ahead of schedul. I was very impressed.

After just moving into a different home, we discovered gutters and downspouts were not working; heavy rains were ruining newly planted landscaping and mulch. Because heavy rains were predicted for several more days that week, I immediately contacted four companies on Angie's list. Prime Time called within 5 minutes of my request for a quote and also said they would have someone out within 24 hours. Quote was reasonable, response was amazingly fast (no one else could do it for almost 2 weeks!), technician was prompt, careful of new landscaping and solved all our over-flow problems. It's rained hard for several days since, and gutters and downspouts are working like new. Excellent service!

The professional who came was great, he was thorough and worked hard. I was disappointed in the quoting process as i specifically asked about my hard to reach skylights on my pitched roof (the tech was able to do the inside of most of them - not the outside). and pricing around my french windows and doors. I would recommend sending photos of any doors and windows that are not standard before you get a quote. Loved the professional who came though - he was excellent!

They are were responsive to the time and date I needed and cleaned the windows of grime and cobwebs on the inside. I'm very happy with their services and the price was more competitive than the quotes I got from other companies

All phases of this work went very well. Pricing is competitive with other vendors and the finished work was very good. We only had them do outside of the windows and doors to save money. We intend to use them again.

I tried Prime Time this past November. I was given a price, and the time they would be there to do the job. I agreed to the gutters and maybe one or two downspouts probably just one. They arrived a day or two earlier than planned when I was not home. They got done and handed me a bill for 60 dollars over the estimate. When I asked I was told five downspouts were done (no way needed!!!!) or to mention how did they do this with all my water off outside, they LIED to me. When I called to complain the owner argued more than listen to me. His answer was to send the liars back to my house. I made it very clear not to do so. I had already questioned his crew, and they proved to be liars. I told him to talk to his crew and do his job and get back to me. Two days later the same crew came back to talk it over. I felt this was very pushy to send his collectors to get a check. I wound up paying for the gutters and one downspout to end this ridiculous situation. They also do "windows and a few other things," I will not change this so don't bother asking . To the owner you should never run a business of any kind.

After receiving an over the phone quote we were billed a higher amount for no reason at all. When I pointed this out, they said there must have been some miscommunication over the phone and tried to uphold the price given on the bill. It took me threatening to take further action to have them stand by their word and original quote. Funny thing is, we’re looking for a regular vendor to clean semi annually. After that experience, it won’t be these guys.

Primetime reached out to us more than two weeks later. To let us know that the gutters have been done and they were seeking overdue payment. I was shocked at this call, seeing as how there was no written agreement in place. Nor was there any contacts of initial estimate or attempt to call when on site. However, since this is the state of Illinois, a verbal agreement is legally binding. However, there was no record of the verbal agreement nor was there a recorded call to pull from. Because the work was done and the board wanted to avoid legal disputes. We paid the invoice. I do not recommend this service. If you do decide to go with this company, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND securing a written estimate and agreement.

It went fine, as far as I can tell, the men who came out did the job correctly.

The worker arrived early, fully equipped, and completed the work despite the cold weather and ice already forming in the gutters. He cleaned up all project debris and left the property in perfect shape. It rained the next day and water flowed freely through the gutters and downspouts. I highly recommend this firm.

Was told price would be $150 to clean gutters; extra if they had to flush downspouts; debris would be raked, bagged and taken away by them. Gutters were cleaned well but we had to pay an additional $40 because tech cleaned off roof (probably a good move). Don't know where the additional $8 charge came from. Biggest complaint was that debris was just blown off roof, blown into and under bushes---no clean up, no bagging, no hauling away---so we had to do clean up ourselves.

It went great. Two workers cleaned many windows efficiently and thoroughly. They were pleasant and punctual.
