Description of Work: I bought a Angie's list special when there contractors got there we agreed on adding some tree trimming and price one for cash the other for charge. When they finished they accepted my cash then wanted the rest of the balance on the charge card. The two workers did work hard not wanting a problem I let them charge the extra. I later went to put garbage in my trash cans to find the filled both the regular and the recycle with limbs leaving the yard wast cans unused.

Description of Work: Cleaned the gutters. Unfortunately I wasn't told until they got here that it would cost extra because I had gutter covers in place. I had paid in full thru Angie's but had to come up with extra money. The workers did okay.

Description of Work: We turned to Prime Time after another window washing service couldn't figure out how to operate our fifty-year old screens. The crew from Prime Time figured out the windows in minutes and did an excellent job cleaning them. I will use them again.

Description of Work: When I bought the Angie's deal it said that the company would contact me, which they didn't. When I let Angie know, they did call me and were responsive and punctual. They came on time and did the work well (clearing my gutters and downspouts). The price (a set amount)seemed fair because I have a big house, although I think in the end there wasn't that much to do (not their fault).

Description of Work: During the summer Prime Time came out and told us the $150 quote was going to be $300. I told them I didn't want to use their services. In October, they called and quoted the same price of $150. I told them of the previous experience and they assured me that they would not change the price again. On 11/18- they showed up 2 hours beyond the 2 hour window they gave me and this time the price was $240 - What a waste of my time and for the second time!!! Seems like a scam to me.

Description of Work: I know you give more emphasis to reviews where the services were performed, however when the service was scheduled they did not show, instead showing up the Monday of the following week.without notice. And if that was not bas enough they have been blowing up my telephone at work, calling non-stop everyday trying to get my business, even after being told several times I was not interested at this point. Still after almost 2 years the calls are continuing to the point that I have to put my DO NOT DISTURB on my telephone at work so their calls go directly to voice mail (they leave no messages). I know their number by heart, so when I see it on my caller I.D. I just ignore. It is very unprofessional to continue to call...everyday which only reinforces my insistance on not ever using their services again. So just please stop calling me!!!!
